Around $100k is the max it could ever reach, I doubt it will ever be $250k levels or so, I think $100k is definitely the max we can have for a long time before dollar really becomes devalued and worthless, until than there is no way it can go any higher. Think about this nasdaq and nyse are the biggest 2 stock exchanges in the whole world and they combine worth 27 trillion dollars or so, and we are talking about ALL public companies in USA which means 27 trillion dollars is really an insanely high number.

If bitcoin reaches to $100k it would 2 trillion levels, which is definitely doable but that is just bitcoin so with crypto and all that it would probably be around 4-5 trillion levels, which is 1/5 of the stock exchange which is really realistic.

For me I would see that the bitcoin value can get up to the price of 30,000 USD. My basis are justthe past value of bitcoin I saw in previous bitcoin price, that bitcoin get up 30,000 because whennI started bitcointalk I saw that bitcoin value got up to 27,000 USD in my past experiences here.

You're thinking wrong. The ultimate goal is to not have any direct connection with fiat, but to have 1 satoshi be a unit of value on its own. That's my prediction.

By the time Bitcoin reaches $1 million (as per your prediction), fiat has likely taken a massive dive, which will directly mean that Bitcoin's $1 million valuation might be worth just $50,000-$100,000 in today's purchasing power value. Fiat in terms of purchasing power is stricly one way traffic down to the south, and governments can (and likely will) speed up the process of value loss by messing up.

We have to step over that. Bitcoin is our one time opportunity to actually force through a significant change in the way we see and use money.

That's some mindblowing shit you got there. I never thought of fiat getting devalued while bitcoin inflates. If a satoshi ever becomes a unit of value, that's the exact time where we adopt bitcoin as a currency.

Right there, what satoshi wanted to accomplish years ago gets accomplished. Bitcoin can change a lot of things around, but its the people that have to do something about it. People are focusing on unnecessary things and are getting rich for it(look at the stupid ass youtubers).

I don't make any speculation about this thing, because if bitcoin becomes $1M each in value then how come people can afford to have this thing I mean this should be enjoyed by everybody and if that price happen who will be the one to buy at that price? For me $100k will be more accurate and hopefully bitcoin will improve so we can reach that level.

You didn't gave any particular reason, you don't have any specific date and you don't have any technical analysis on how its going to be possible. I really do not see any reason any one can give on why they think the maximum price would be exactly how it is, because they have none and no one knows what the future holds and I am sure the OP actually stated that. Bitcoin will hit the maximum price it is going to hit whenever it feels like and that would totally be based on how people and users perceive it in the long run.

Based on what the OP said on what he thinks, that only would be totally bent on fiat failing and then the only available option is to utilize bitcoin. Probably by then a satoshi might be equivalent to a dollar, who knows?

The prediction based on my instinct not based on any analysis,I think it maybe the all time high of bitcoin forever and it may take some centuries to happen.

We don't know and can't see what lies in the future but to be optimistic for bitcoin's future high price is also my attitude.

It is difficult to know the answer to such a thing especially since governments keep printing more and more fiat and the process seems to be accelerating, but I think that if fiat remains static and governments no longer print anymore fiat bitcoin will probably reach a price of 300000 dollars, but we know that is not going to happen so your prediction about 1 million is entirely possible.

I personally do not have predictions like that, I just want bitcoin will continue to survive for a long time or even forever, because I think it will be very useless if the price of bitcoin is able to increase even up to 1M as you say, but it will not survive in long time. So whatever the price of bitcoin I will still be enthusiastic about bitcoin and I don't mind the price that goes up and down.

Its really hard to answer and predict this one, because the maximum limit will only define by supply and demand. Let's just cross the bridge when we get there, I just hope that I still exist that time so I can still enjoy my bitcoin holdings. But for sure the next generation will use to grow using cryptocurrency and maybe bitcoin will be on its peak that time or it will still remain low who knows?

30k by the end of year? That's as farfetched as the end price being 1 million. Bitcoin still has a long way too go and who knows, it seems that nothing is impossible with btc even though a lot of people arr pessimistic about it. I'd be a little conservative about it and place my bet at 150 to 200k in probably 5 to 8 years.

I don't think that the price of bitcoin will reach $30K or even $10K by end of this year because there were lot of dumps happening and all the coins were bleeding man so it is impossle to hit $30K in three months of time.

In my opinion bitcoin has no maximum. Why?  because it's a decentralized currency which is it's depends on the demand and supply and no one can control its progress especially if the price constantly growing higher and higher ,because in my view it's " unlimited " of numbers , unlike real fiat which is controled by government !,  and indeed its value will never reach 20k stage if there's actually a maximum price/value  IMO.

In my own opinion, it was not actually possible to predict the maximum value of bitcoins because the market price is based on demand and supply so it can grow as long as there are investors.

I don't think that was ever the goal of Bitcoin.

Whether BTC replaces fiat currency or not, the point was to establish sound money without the use of trusted intermediaries or authorities. There's no reason why BTC and fiat can't work side by side, serving different use cases. I think that governments and major fiat currencies have much more staying power than most bitcoiners realize. I also think that BTC can thrive and reach values of millions USD whether or not USD collapses like so many bitcoiners expect.

Its impossible to predict the maximum price of bitcoin. Though many experts are giving their own predictions, but as these are predictions, so we can't totally rely on them. Accordingly to me the maximum price of bitcoin in 2018 will be $12k whereas the maximum price of btc in its lifetime may be $100k .
