You can buy if you want to and hope that SEC approve Bitcoin this September 30 but invest only what you can afford to lose, you can win or lose but as long as you are not investing your hard earned money just an excess, it's ok for you to invest now, the profit will be knocking once SEc approve Bitcoin.

BTC believers are waiting for ETF approvals, if that happens it'll surely rise the price of BTC to $12k easily, but again SEC is not going to approved it anytime sooner.
