it is not possible for regular traders and investors to know when this bearish market is going to end and bull market starts. but i dont think it will take so much. because bear market results with very low volumes and this is not good for anybody including whales.

That's right. No one knows for sure, we can only assume. I think that clearly by 2020 the market will be much larger than it is now and its capitalization will finally confidently step over a trillion dollars. Market recovery this year is possible, but it will not be significant.
