We all know how important money is. You use it for food and different expenses, so how do you really shut this people that say that > MONEY ISN'T EVERYTHING. GET OVER IT<. You answer with an argument, well when do you have no money? If they answered never, then you can tell them to shut it. It is as simple as that. They will never know our struggles. They won't because just like the church who has a lot of money to give to the poor to help them, they won't help them because THEY ARE NOT REQUIRED TO. Money truly doesn't make you happy.  So many people are obssessed with material items and money it makes me sick.  A lot of people have serious mental health problems , ( the ones that own 50+ supercars, megayachts, etc, they could do so much more to help society flourish.

When a person is about to die they don't look back on their lives thinking about how much money they had, they think about their good memories and relationships they had.

Money is everything for everyone to satisfy the desires of lust he wants. I can feel you, went on several bouts of financial problems myself. But it gives me valuable lesson. Money is very important aspect specially at the current state of the world we live now. It is how people are going to judge you in the society. Obviously, if you are have money, you have influence and power. On the contrary being poor, you will be frown upon by the community.

A good discussion though. Yes money matters!!! I have come across worst situations and truly felt from within that money is everything. I would say parents love and siblings love is next / very least. Just money is enough to bring back everything. Money is the ultimate. No money, there is no peace. Money can do anything to you. There were times spend time without even a dollar. Had to face many things, leave out relatives, were hated, were separated, lost image, name and reputations. But when money kept falling in my wallet, everything vanished. This is something that I have thought for a lot of time, money is without a doubt important no one should deny that, but at some point if you are lucky enough to get enough money to last you a lifetime then you need to look for something else to do, no one has ever thought on his death bed that he should have spent more time working, everyone thinks about spending more time with their family and with their friends and doing stuff that they like, so once that you have enough money you need to find something else to do.

I agree with your point and like your post, especially the part about saving the sermon. Any way you look at it, it is better to cry in a Cadillac than on a bus. On the other hand, money is not everything when you already have enough of it as you rightfully noted. When all your basic needs and necessities are satisfied (like shelter, food, water), you start to care about other things which are less tied to the possession of sufficient amount of money, things like hobbies, relationships, children, societal things, etc. So let me sum it up for you. Money is not everything but it is definitely a large part of it.

Its a matter of extremes and balance. There are extremes of wealth in this world and
its balance which is almost impossible to achieve.

Without money we simply struggle in a world which is constantly growing more commercial.
Difficulties accessing education and health services can be impossible for those without
access to finances.

Money are incredibly important in the modern world. Actually money define a life for everybody. By the way I like compare money with energy because such a comparison afford me to understand the sense of money much better.
