i have used blockchain to send a payment and its been 2 days still no conformation i was thinking it was the other person account so i sent out another payment to different payment yesterday still same thing no conformation on that one too .
any idea how to fix help or even find out whats going on

This is likely what you're experiencing.  Statement: https://blog.blockchain.com/2014/03/05/occasional-unconfirmed-transactions-are-being-addressed/

It appears to have been resolved.  If not, e-mail the e-mail on that support blog or post your transaction id here.
