Long confirmation time is actually good, prevents from pump&dump practice.

Ok, here's where a windows build for the alternate blockchain is at: This coin isn't remotely usual in terms of source structure, leveldb isn't there, and a lot more is missing from a usual structure - I'm curious what it was forked from. A windows build won't be forthcoming from me, maybe someone else wants to try: https://github.com/Paul-Bradley/projectpiCoin

95.85.52.246 will stay up for the time being as an alternate blockchain node if any other pools want to come onto that chain - the original chain still seems stuck, but diff has decreased a lot, maybe it will be salvaged, I have no idea.

https://pi.crunchharder.net is on the alternate chain so use it entirely at your own risk - the coins may be worthless if people decide to mine the other chain instead.

Here's the output from a Windows build when trying to use a gitian descriptor that would build most other litecoin forks:

The devs have a pull request for the diff changes made in my code, if they want to build a Windows wallet for it I'm sure they can, and I would be interested to know why the source structure differs so much from anything else I've seen before.

I started mining at hashing.at, and wasn't seeing any coins being mined..  Huh Switched to https://pi.crunchharder.net/index.php and have an unconfirmed balance showing after only 15 minutes or so..  Cool This is my first time mining a coin at launch, I'll stick with it for a while, and see what happens!  Grin

Yes you should 100% be aware though, that "my" chain might not be the correct one (ie. if people stick with the other one, and especially if I'm wrong and it doesn't stick again at high diff) so those coins _might_ be worthless.

Windows wallet build still being a pig - the devs obviously build this natively in Windows, I'm trying to cross-compile now, I'll give it another shot then I'm out, but I think I might have it building this time.

Good luck to both those on the main chain and the alternate one. I suspect the main one will stick again, but I hope I'm wrong.

Hmmm Ok well I've racked up 88K Picoins on your pool pretty quickly, I checked back on hashing.at and my shares have given me about 1800 Pi unconfirmed, I'll switch back to them for now and keep an eye on this thread, can always switch back later, just running a single 7850 giving me 350 kH/s

adminnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn

okaypool.com is scam,please remove itttttttttttt

You noobs need to stop calling pools a scam just because you don't get coins RIGHT AWAY.

Learn the system, read the thread... and learn what has been happening.

people like YOU should be removed until you can learn to READ.

EDIT

Besides you half-brained twit... if you'd take the time to notice, okaypool has been around for quite a while, and has quite a few other pools under his belt.

You'd be wise to not call scam so quickly.

Bondni still seems to be on the wrong payout.

Code:
1 jacksonthecat 2,293 12.195 0.0000
2 flash72 1,510 8.031 0.0000
3 temp 308 1.636 0.0000
4 anonymous 96 0.511 0.0000

I would suggest probably contacting them and referring them to page 19 of this thread.

OK, pulling https://pi.crunchharder.net - the stratum is now offline. If enough people want to adopt the alternative chain (and if the devs are going to build a Windows wallet for it) then we could put it back online later, but for now, I don't want to waste peoples hashes - this coin is in a state, the main chain has managed less than 10 blocks since this all started several hours ago when it should have mined many more, and the alternate chain didn't get adopted very widely early on, so the connectivity is poor - I don't see the point in perpetuating a situation where people might lose coins. If the main chain survives I'm sorry to those who mined the alternate one for nothing for a couple of hours there.

I'll keep the wallet.dat from the alternate chain for now so people who mined at our pool tonight can get those coins later if that blockchain turns out to be used, but I doubt any good will come of this.

Good luck all.

Hey Sumpool,
Maybe THIS will get your attention.

You still owe me 1006 pi-coin that you jacked from my account because CruchHarder was trying to get pool owners to jump to an alt block-chain.

I was going to mine at your pool... but now, since you're dodging me, and ignoring my posts... maybe if I put it in MUCH BIGGER WORDS... you will pay attention and pay me what was taken from me.

username on your pool: renegadepc

check the picture he uploaded... still 0 coins right now
