Hmmm, i don't think 2019 will be good than 2017. Good or not it's depend on crypto situation, if too many bad news appear in 2019 it will be a bad year again for ICO's.
What i believe is only the good ICO's with unique concept can pump after the ico end.

if next year the ICO is better than this year, it's very pleasant and vice versa. but believe me Crypto will grow better and rise high so the ICO will definitely be better. indeed, all projects are not always good, everything depends on the strategy, but what many people expect next year will be fine and can benefit many people.

I do not think so. I don't know if I have any reason to think that the ICO in 2019 may be as crazy as 2017. This year's ICO has become like this because of the fact that there are too many fraudsters. How can we expect those useless Shitcoin to bring returns to investors? Unless the market is strictly regulated. Otherwise, the 2017 scene will no longer exist.

Hard to say, you simply cant know which ICO is good and which ICO is going to scam you. I have seen a lot promising ICOs which robbed people of a few million dollars.

I think that 2019 will be decisive. Here or ICO will die in the form that it is and is transformed into something else, or it will take off even more than in 2017.

Investors will be smarter but scammers will be smarter too. It doesn't matter what we think about ICOs in 2019 these thoughts won't bring changes in the market only actions of governments and regulators can change the situation, strict laws can clear out ICOs of scams, legal liability will stop manipulations on the market, not our thoughts and predictions

in my opinion, 2019 will be a good year for investors and many successful projects. by 2018 this might be a bad year because prices are down many people are disappointed but if they think well at low prices it is a good opportunity to buy as many coins as possible because in 2019 the market tends to soar and you can enjoy the results that you have been waiting for a long time.

Some guys think that ICO is dying and 2018 is a last year for ICO. I don't think this way, I predict bull run in 2019 year and it seems to me that ICO format will remain positions and volume of collections will be increased.
I bet it will be caused by massive bull run. Probably STO will also increase popularity, because security tokens is a new trend and there are no that much security tokens. I know only Polymath and Mobu(but main stage of ICO hasn't started yet)
