In my opinion it is yet the great time to buy because if you look at the market the coins are too cheap for people to enter. If you are thinking about long term profits it is good time to buy because maybe in the last quarter of the year bull run may happen. There are many rumors about it though I'm not sure if it will go as they said so.

I really think the same too, right now the market is on it's lowest which is a subtle challenge for people to invest because there is a 50/50 chance that they might yield a profit or not. I think whenever the prices are down that is a great time to buy because you may not know when will the prices will go up in this unpredictable market.
