As prices have fallen below 4k this is the good level to buy and keep some coins as even if market rises like above 4k you will make around 500$ per btc. So in short term you are continuously making money and for some you can hold it for the longer term.

It's maybe good time to buy Bitcoin. Not altcoins. The most alts can drop in several times. I think interesting levels to buy ETH is below 60$ and LTC is below 15$

why do people only focus on top 10-100coins?.. buy the coin that you like and feel like its gonna moon, or buy cos you like the project they are working on.. im holding a few non top 100 coins. one of my fav is $tix, like its holding well, its moving forward, backed with strong ambassadors (kenny g, randy jackons) they got a new website out, soon announcing new ambassador as well. so i like the fact that also non top 100 coins are alive in the bear market..
