We do not have Kimoto Gravity Well at launch why does everyone keep insinuating that???

Because all the noob devs are doing kgw, its the cool thing to do. Only problem is they are to noob to see there is a time and place for kgw and it is not at launch.
+1 for seeing this dev.

Thanks yeah KGW should only be implemented at the time the coin gains an active exposure based on multipools coming to attack with their ridiculous hash rates which in turn kicks diff up and then leaves everyone holding the bag waiting to solve the block when they jump off when we see that happen or even see popularity growing we will implement either KGW or diff re-targeting every block.

Whatever the community would like us to do at that time we will do but for now this is not being implemented from start as there is no need, and quite frankly we feel is unnecessary

Also everyone bear with us on responses in pm as we are limited to 360 seconds because we opened a new account we will get to them we are just limited on where we can post and how fast we can respond

This post is the reason I'll be switching my 4.3MH/s to this coin when it launches.  KGW should definitely be implemented but not until after the multipools start hitting it.

Sad

i really wanted to mine with you guys, but it looks like all your sites are down. no bueno.

We are under intense DDOS right now, it has been happening every day for about 6-8 hours for nearly a week, today it finally overwhelmed the web server.  We are working to remedy.

Exactly we understand the core fundamentals behind how a coin should be released and how to maintain stability overtime we are happy to accept you mining with us and hope many others follow suit

FUCKING premine scammers, DIE already

because you always work for free, AMIRITE?

jesus, people are such fucking crybabies these days. If I launch a coin and pour work into it, I'm not going to do it for free.

If you hate getting the idea of people being paid so much just roll your face in the -u and -p sections of your confs and hash "for free" for a day, getting no reward out of it.

It's not that, it's just that people are tired of devs dumping their premine on the exchange well before the miners can, destroying the value of the coin.
Premine would be fine if there was some way to escrow it and lock it for 1 month, so devs don't have access to it until 1 month after the release of the coin. This way the risk of devs tanking the value of the coin with the premine at launch or slightly after is removed, making both the miners and the devs happy.

We launch in 5 hours

5 pools listed for start but they take 2 mins minimum to setup and thats if they are really good no one is receiving source early gives the seasoned solo miners a chance to get in some good coins

Everyone always complains about premine but how do you think we can get our coin to be listed on exchange at launch or be able to offer the bounties etc etc.

Also 2160000000 HEX will be made day one

If you don't like it don't cook with us

i was kind of offput by your first reply in your thread.
additionally the 2 bolded pools are down(as in the domain) at this moment.

not yet sure if i will mine, but GL.
