With recent market situation, I begin wondering why creating more coins. Does it means that if all effort is put on bitcoin, the community will not achieve her goal? If that is true, why not we maintain the existing ones to enable them have more stability and gain global recognition.
Some of the said coins are duplicating functions, why not merge coins with same functions to enable the community grow faster.
Currently some investor are passing through hard times and if all our effort is targeted towards the first 10 or 20  widely known coins, their standard is maintain, investors will be happy.

and why not i think taht peolek like to leave something on this earth after them so why jot a new coin this is not the worst varient

There are too much coins on market now i think. But we need more coins, but most important thing is we need legit projects, so we can invest in something that will worth over time. Anyway too much coins on market are not ok and some of them value nothing, most are ERC20 tokens and some coins without any development.

They only try to test system and strategy, besides that people who like challenge will more survive to face their future. Many coins meaning many opportunity to make income, technology will grow up fast than before. Bad market will not support new coins but in this situation release new one is bad decisions, wait until next year will be better.

It is still the early phase of this industry. I think the number of coins-tokens will increase more and more. I do not mean that all survive. As you also guess most of them will disappear. It is waste of time and money. But it is what it is.
