How will your tokens be independent of the ETH price if you will depend on Ethereum's protocol(smart contracts) to process transactions? If you really want a token independent from ETH price, start by building your own blockchain protocol and block explorer.

Well it think the down of eth is caused by many people start to stop investing in ICO and many ICO dump the ETH. I believe ETH down will give a bad impact to ICO cause they might not reach the softcap and also the number of money that they fund is likely reduce following the eth price that are drop so significantly

Market conditions are currently in a bad condition. we all know that most people feel scared when they invest. especially when they invest in a project that has an etherum platform. the decline in etherum prices gives investors a very high sense of pessimism. this is normal because everyone will want to avoid all risks. all of us here are waiting and hoping that the etherum price will improve and re-create the digital currency market and especially the altcoin will experience positive changes.

Depends on the ICO to be honest. Just because you can pay more eth with less dollars to invest doesn't mean the ICO will be good and the tokens will worthy anything. You can still select a horrible coin and it can go to shit and price could drop insanely, just because eth dropped this doesn't change. But if you want a good news most ICO's are dropping their entry barrier and their fund goals because the market is low and eth is getting low and people are investing less which means they need to drop so they can get proper investment. You can invest 1 eth and get a bigger portion of the pie compared to what it used to be.

I have noticed this many times. When markets are not with new blood, mostly no pumping are happening also most people stop their projects abruptly and absconded too. A healthier market always boost all other things within its environments in most cases and exceptions too applicable.

Market conditions are not in their favorable state. A lot of people will have a hard time making any investment decisions at this time as a lot of ICOs haven't done well at the exchanges in recent past. There might be a lot of swing lows for ETH before it bounces back though
