Making a prediction in altcoins could be a hard things to do, since the market of cryptocurrency is keep on fluctuating.

because i can give you at least a dozen examples in the past 3 years that bitcoin went up but altcoins actually dropped down. some of them had big dumps because of it!

all i can suggest is that you should never make investment plans like this! like investing in altcoins because bitcoin is going up! that is like suicide.
only invest in an altcoin if you that altcoin is rising not something else!

according to their intentions to the market. Crypto is a small market and reacting to every news and it is very volatile.

My expectation is that bitcoin prices in the coming months will continue to decline without any sign of recovery. I think you should stop buying more bitcoin at this time. I am also holding some bitcoin copper but the price is too low I can not sell. Maybe this year is my loss year.

Way impossible. The market is way unpredictable and people can only make speculations and predictions with regards to what tomorrow could bring for the market. Still, speculations are not assured predictions and as such, holding should be prioritized in order to be ready on what would happen next month or even next year. Holsing would give safety to the token holdings.
