Throughout 2018, Bitcoin fell more often than grew. The market is now really not positive. I think there are chances to rise by the end of the year. There is positive news that will contribute to this.

This is true. Although it doesn't sound so good, the truth is often cruel. I believe the bull will come, but it may not be this year, it is more likely to happen after 2-3 years.
