It depends because not all the time when bitcoin goes up and down this alts were being hitted with a big dumping. There is a certain movements like bitcoin going up without much bigger dominance can pull altcoins too to go up. It really depends on what kind of recovery you are expecting, are you expecting a big recovery in which ethereum reaches a price close to its all time high? I have the same opinion about ETH. The market will recover till December hopefully. The crypto market is prone to witnessing changes in matter of seconds so it would not be wise not expect the recovery.
