Your words seem to be very interesting but my concern is daily we are hearing much negative news about the cryptocurrency ban but still people actively trading the cryptocurrency without any problems. Whether governments will consider the cryptos or not we have to wait and see.

The fact is, it's still early days and there are a lot of ways to go for the crypto space and it is bound to evolve too. Crypto Depository Receipts: New Take on an Old Solution Can Drastically Change Equity Ownership & Issuance

CDRs feature all the benefits of conventional equity ownership and issuance without the drawbacks and can thus make life much easier for both investors and issuers. Apart from leveraging the high speed, transparency, and immutability of blockchain, they will help to reduce costs significantly. For instance, there will no longer be a need to conduct regular meetings of shareholders, pay numerous accountants, or maintain a share register. Many routine corporate actions can be eliminated or automated. Since CDRs are issued on the blockchain, smart contracts embedded in them will enable the automated distribution of dividends and permit online voting, drastically reducing the current costs associated with these actions (which run into millions of dollars).

This project is a nice concept but the question I have about this project is what is the role of blockchain technology here, it is becoming a norm now that every other project jump on the hype in the space which seems to be the security tokens just like the days of smart contract and at the end of the day nothing concrete out there to justify the fund raising and investors end up losing money

The blockchain replaces traditional share/asset registers.  It is an integral part of the efficiency gains.  It means records cannot be lost, faked, amended, stolen, duplicated etc.  Traditional share registers are held and updated by each listed company (or its agents).

A good thing then is that the project is building a platform for trading botht utility and security so investors can have more options and confidence to join.
