Facebook having its own crypto is very unlikely. Their platform is free, when they integrate cryptocurrencies to it, it automatically becomes monetized--which is bad since their selling point is many people joining it.

Good when the Facebook and other social media accept bitcoin then it is positive move of the crypto Facebook is now the biggest Social media so if it uses many of the users across world will use it for different ways so bitcoin demand will rise and the price will ultimately rise.

It doesn't seem too significant to have a good impact on Crypto in general, but for Facebook tokens itself certainly has a big impact, because Facebook already has media that accessible to millions of people around the world, the presence of tokens will be more quickly accepted.

Yes, I have also seen cryptocurrency advertisements on Facebook several times, it's Minning or something like that. Well, that's really a good thing if Facebook provides an opportunity for cryptocurrency advertising.

First of introducing their own crypto currency and if they want to earn support from facebook users then they must include in their whitepaper that their token is different from other cryptocurrency which are already listed.  However,  they can take a big impact of price for sure.
Well, that is for their coin but in general, this is only going to be a company campaigning for its own project or coin as the case may be. However, the fact that we get to see Facebook Inc.

Utilizing the blockchain technology and having her own coin, definitely it should help create some awareness on its own that cryptocurrency is here to stay and then instigate the need for people to want to be a part of the space at large but even though it might have some positive impact, it is not like it would bring about some mouthwatering impact as some people have said.

Why not ,facebook would I believe would positively promote cryptos ,because in the bitcoin forum facebook is already part of the bounty ICO project promotions and if the core of facebook will promote cryptocurrency then that is additional push for cryptos and bitcoin, then that is really a good idea if that is really true.
Bitcoin price can touch 1 trillion dollars. It can gives hug positive impact on market i hope in future Facebook start supporting it.
On what basis? That Facebook promotes cryptocurrency ? In your wildest dreams. Firstly, this is even a very vague thing to be expecting Facebook to just all of a sudden decide to start campaigning for the cryptocurrency space, except of course, they just end up having their own coins, and even at that, I guess they will find the need to campaign for their own coins instead.

Yeah, campaigning for cryptocurrencies at large, would increase awareness, but at the end of the day, it is not like it would make that so much impact than if the space is perceived for its real life usage and being adopted based on that.

I've read that Facebook is going to have its cryptocurrency https://cryptobriefing.com/ready-for-facebook-coin/
Since Facebook and Mark Zuckerberg as an entity is highly influential, do you think it would bring crypto in a positive light? I am thinking that it may raise awareness of cryptocurrency as a whole and not just bitcoin.

Of course it will favor the Crypto currencies once Facebook will be directly a part of the Crypto community. Facebook has millions of users in which a huge numbers that some of them will be additional force to join the Crypto investments in which it will make the real demand of the market to increase too.

For my own opinion ,yes it will positively promoted the cryptocurrency, because if they do not promote it positive ,what is the use of accepting cryptocutrency if they will not promote it properly, and facebook is one one part of the bounty ICO campaign so it will not be  hard to collaborate cryptocurrency and facebook and it will bring boost to the campaign of bitcoin and cryptocurrency.

It will raise awareness as they will call their coin as a "crypto" and that will give exposure to the facebook users that they have cryptocurrency. And by that time they announce it, they are giving an idea to the people on what crypto is.

And this also gives the idea the facebook is supporting cryptocurrencies and this is where they are heading after announcing the support of blockchain.
Well, if Facebook starts advertising cryptocurrency, I think that is one of their support. well, for now, it seems like Facebook is starting to support the development of crypto. I just hope something best happens.
There's no need for them to start advertising.

Remember on how they remove the ban of crypto advertisement?

Facebook Backpedals, Reverses Ban on Cryptocurrency Ads

And that's the early indication that they are supporting crypto plus the news that came out that they hired a blockchain expert.

Facebook Has a New Director of Engineering for Blockchain
I think it will be the most popular currency in the world because Facebook is the biggest social site in the world and its users are in millions. They will see Facebook currency every time when they open Facebook. By this way, the whole world will know about cryptocurrency especially the one that introduces by Facebook. People will trust it the most because they know the owner of Facebook.

Although social networks are distributors of mass information about bitcoin I think this is not so important information. So practically knows all the population of our planet !
This would have been very instrumental in rising the demand for Bitcoin. Facebook is very easily accessible to all in the world including the poor who use it as a source of information about almost everything. But we see this is not happening because cryptocurrency is banned in some parts of the world and the policies of facebook have been formulated to promote only the cause that has a global impact for the well being and not something controversial.

With this news, I remember that at that time Facebook was auctioning off their bitcoin because they thought bitcoin was not safe to use. but now they are using the technology again. lol

Yes Facebook promote about bitcoin bitcoin, many positive news come about bitcoin through Facebook. Nowadays so many people know about crypto means it's all happens through social media. Facebook has so many users so they can easily promote about crypto and it would it reach people effectively. Facebook is the best media to promote crypto, it's just like advertising. Before introduced new things they just put it on Facebook and gets their results whether it is positively approached to people or not.
It has a point. If we talk about the numbers of users of facebook all over the world. It is enough for the cryptocurrency to rise again with the help of facebook. If this is the case then the Facebook and the cryptocurrency has a chemistry in which both of this will probably earn. This is a great help for cryptocurrency so hopefully bitcoin will advertise the cryptocurrency.

Facebook having its own crypto will help strengthen advert payments on Facebook by its users. Have you thought of this, instead of paying with fiat, users can pay with the Facebook crypto and help build up the crypto system. I think this it is likely to happen.

I think it will be positive for Facebook to promote their coin especially if the Facebook open application for us to help them to encourage their coins. I think this will be big news for us because finally, Facebook launches their coin in the cryptocurrency. And if this is the success, perhaps, the other big company like Google, Yahoo and else will consider starting their coin too, and this will make the cryptocurrency grow more than today. And the mission of the cryptocurrency to introduce to all people will grow too.

I think it does not work as well as you think. Because many ICO projects are still being advertised on facebook. 2 months ago, Wepower always appeared on my newsfeed, now WPP is also advertising strong on facebook. And the market continues to go down. Cheesy

A positive or a negative promotion is itself a good promotion to capture the market. People in the current market expect to know every aspect of the business you start with. Yes i do accept positive promotions brings more business into the market, but negative promotions keep strong marketers back. To  have steady and potential growth we do require marketers with stable business. The way facebook promotes crypto currencies, depends on how crypto currencies favor facebook. If Facebook is confident on crypto, they would certainly support it by either promoting it positively or creating its own crypto currency.

.What is Cloverdex platform?.

As far as I got it, they`re going to make their own Crypto.
Knowing Facebook approach to personal data, I don`t see how basic features of any Crypto - decentralization and anonymity - could be realized within Facebook.

Other than that, it has its positive moment in increasing overall Crypto popularity - if FB itself turned their attention to it, it will surely bring more people to the market.
