As a small fish, there's nothing I can do but to hold and spread the word for bitcoin. But not all the time its been into holding because I also help into adoption by using bitcoin. That increases the demand and adoption if we are helping by using it.

i think all we need to do is to buy and hold it ... the price of bitcoin is going up because its getting harder and harder to mine and create more of it

Buying is what we really need to do to make the price goes up because if there's no one that's buying, there will be no demand but as the buy orders are increasing it will make the price higher.

buying to increase the price value of btc requires big capital, we have to have a large community to do that, most people in this forum are just prize hunters, they can't afford to buy with high volume funds

If you are set to make the waves upwards, surely you need millions of dollars just to move the price but there's strength in unity. Each and everyone does have small strength and if we're going to do it altogether, we can make the price go up.

But what I'm thinking is this is going to be the same thing as what the altcoin folks are doing by pumping and dumping their coin. You may not know that here in the forum there are whales that are just silently reading threads and watching what are the people's thoughts with the current markets.

i don't know the technical reasons why the price going down.but I was sharing what's in my mind.

I think it's not it our hand.there are lot of reasons why the bitcoin  price was going down.For Example: few countries was restricted,banned and says illegal of cryptocurrency activities.due that most of people (top investors) was start selling the bitcoins.so the value goes down.

I am from India.in India also cryptocurrency activity stays as illegal  but currently the case is on court waiting for Good news to say it was legal.

If restricted countries Adopt the bitcoin .then the more investors will come and we will the price again of December 2017.

The technical reason is that people withdraw their money from bitcoin and putted in Altcoin because low price coins are much better than bitcoin. If the price falls, investors lose small money, but here in bitcoin the situation is different and people have lost thousands of dollars in each bitcoin. They are dishearten and don’t want to make any more investment.

Its ok but you should share your thoughts about the current and coming situation of the market and the price of bitcoin. Anyway I want to say that there is no more bumps and dumps in the price and it will increase with the passage of time. You need to stop to try to find solutions for something that is not really a problem, it seems as if you see the current price as a problem but that is because you have the wrong mindset, what you need to do is to look at the current price as an opportunity, the price is very cheap and it's about one third of the highest price, so it's completely possible that you could triple your money in just a few years if you invest now.

Yes, stopping rumours would support bitcoin value grow well. Always negative news are spread across and this makes the investors either take time to invest or skip investing into crypto currencies. Can anybody tell why the price collapsed from $1343 to $6000?
