We have to be aware that bitcoin will not last forever

well we all are aware of the fact that nothing last forever, and bitcoin won't be an exception. But while it last, let's make the best of of it. Not forgetting the fact that there are lots of investment in cash stocked up in crypto currency and bitcoin alike so let's be positive in this crypto space.

Once it has existed I think Bitcoin will always be here with us since it is decentralized. I do understand better technology could make bitcoin out of the business but it is nearly impossible that bitcoin will disappear. Well, for me blockchain is not yet been mastered by the most professional programmers yet I am also looking forward to the new meta that would make bitcoin out.

Like all digital technology, it is unquestionable that sooner or later bitcoin will have to be replaced by a superior technology, just as in the past we saw many devices become obsolete when at the time seemed insurmountable, such as CDs or PCs.

Obviously this will happen in a gradual way, but I do not believe that bitcoin can retain its current dominance for more than ten years before starting to fall into disuse, although perhaps its influence could persist in the market about ten years.

In the end, bitcoin is likely to subsist for many years, but by then it will have evolved in such a way that it will be virtually unrecognizable for today’s standards, and in fact it is difficult that in 15 years there is something similar to the current cryptocurrencies before the spectacular advances in digital technology that are approaching.

Yes we should be aware on it, and never believe on the fake news it will never help you unless it gave you stress and make you emotionally just believe that bitcoin will recover and it reach its goals

There is no need of any clarification about the survival of bitcoin. If that's possible, bitcoin would have got destroyed years back. Now it has been successfully moving on ten years with massive adoption in various sectors. By this time it is good to be focused on knowing better about bitcoin and explore possibilities of using bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.

I'm aware that but the fact is when crypto still exist, just keep focus on it's potential as the investment because you can earn profit more than you can earn in gold.
Once you've the profit, you can use it for another investment platform such as land, gold or property.

Even though nothing lasts forever, and something new will replace the current technology we can still use, love and support Bitcoin as it is the pioneering coin. It brings life to Altcoins that is why Alts are pretty dependent to Bitcoin in terms of price flow on the market. Altcoins are new and there are even hundreds created every single day but where are they now? What I mean is those new advanced and improved technologies are still following Bitcoin's track.

I do not agree to OP as:

1) Since everything is digital in case of bitcoins, we can simply do tweaking as per the demands of the users in future and support it.

2) Bitcoin has already survived and grown strongly in past few years. This has happened when many of the technologies invented at the time of bitcoin had already been replaced.

We have no one who can ensure the future especially in the period of 10 years and above. In my opinion it is very difficult to be able to know the future of crypto, because this technology is still relatively new so it will continue to grow. Maybe you are right that sooner or later bitcoin will definitely be replaced by a better one, this is natural because the more advanced technology will be updated and the old will become obsolete. It all depends on the development, if bitcoin develops very well and many people who use it for positive things of course this will be a guarantee to continue to exist. but if bitcoin doesn't develop and continues to fall it will definitely be the end. But I am sure that the next 10 years bitcoin will continue to grow.

Last week I met an article about Bitcoin. The guy calculated that all of BTC will be mines approximately in 2140-2141. I think it is a very long time. Therefore, calm down and work with the crypto.

We don't have to compare the life time of technology with currencies,in real life we may need new technology too often but when it comes to payment system we are using it for too long so once we are settling into something of paymet system we are not going to chenge it for few more generations.

I agree, nothing lasts forever and bitcoin will not make any exception from this rule. However, bitcoin's time did not came yet as adoption rate is still very low. Things might change significantly if/when Network Lightening will go live.

In the real world, nothing really lasts forever, Bitcoin is no exception but we have so many fork that tries to improve Bitcoin's features maybe sooner or later other coins could replace Bitcoin, but obviously, we can see this when the volume and price is decreasing and interest is fading.
