Are you a Newbie? And you do not know where to find Bounties? Why do'nt you follow the famous and trusted managers?
Choosing a company can affect their power and prestige, so managers have confidence in every company they offer.

Each manager will have different conditions to join:
Example: The company of btcltcdigger frequently asked for Proof of Authentification when registration. Every week starts on Monday and ends on Sunday, reports use Google Forms. Stake will be calculated internally and publicly upon end campaign
The company of Wapinter frequently starts on Saturday and ends on Friday. They requested to edit the first report, if you create a new report, you will have no stake. Stake will be calculated  publicly weekly.
The company of AmaZix usually very high requirements
Needmoney choose the excellent company in my opinion.

Here are some managers you should follow:

This thread is no Meta material. You shouldn't get merited for it either.

You should move your thread to "Beginners & Help" section.

Yesterday, theymos announced that

Due to excessive garbage-posting, you now need 1 merit to be a Jr Member. All existing Jr Members who didn't meet the requirement were demoted. Also, newbies can no longer set any signature or personal text.

This means that newbies can no longer participate in signature campaigns. In their place, I would reflect on the reason for imposing such restrictions (hint: spam, shitposting) and focuse on improving the quality of their posts, rather than hunting for campaign managers, many of whom, for example, yahoo62278 will never add to the spreadsheet the person who writes low-grade comments. Instead of annoying managers with apply forms, work on the content and form of your posts. If you see that the bitcointalk community accepts and evaluates what you write with merits, then you`ll have at least some grounds for participating in signature campaigns.

Op, this board belongs to Bounties board, I don't understand why you posted in Meta.
With these new rank requirements Newbies can't join signature bounties. I don't know, maybe some managers will decide to accept Copper members, but I hope not. I think that Newbies still can join social media and other campaigns which are done outside forum. But they don't have to spam on Bitcointalk to earn money anymore. Rules have changed  Cool

Now you need to improve your English to succeed get One merit to rank-up to Junior or Buy a CopperMembership.
I suggest to follow the project of user Jet Cash (Fit to Talk forum) about helping bitcointalk users to develop better skills in English language, here the link to the website: http://fittotalk.com/english-talk/index.php
Follow the discussion about new rules here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5030366.0
