It depends on the AD projects you partake in, some airdrops can be really good in fact I received an Airdrop that am still HODLing right now and its worth as am typing this message is $319 and I have received others too that are probably worthless, just sitting in my wallet without any value to them. All the same, I still fill our some AD forms though cos it doesn't take much time and could be lucky with the token

Participating in airdrops can't really hurt, so what's the big deal.
The two biggest exceptions are:
1. time loss - if you have to actually waste valuable time looking for an airdrop then it might not be worth it
2. KYC - giving personal data to strangers is usually a horrid idea

For me only one airdrops has been the best of all time and thats TBE airdrop. The airdrop literally gave me more than 600 USD in total because they had like 18 airdrops in total. There were two airdrop each week and thus it was fun collecting these tokens. My experience with this airdrop is the only memorable and profitable one until now. I dont know whats the story of others or you but for me airdrop does not work very well somehow. I have never got any good amount by following all the steps that they provide to claim the airdropped tokens, neither I see anything good in spending so much time for little money.

Wow, congratulations, that's a ton of money for simply participating in an airdrop.

It is almost more than a year now that I started my Airdrop hunting and it was by this season last year I Participated in some Airdrop that later turned out to be productive for me. Project such as Bitcoin White Now Bitwhite, Equal, Rebellious, Hawala Today, Polymath, Mixin and many others that came later like VRM, HYDRO, Enjoy and Orgaic token. This Airdrop were very productive as I Participated in them. But now Airdrop isn't the way it used to be probably because of the market conditions and many others have turned out to be SCAM projects. I think Bounty is the other of the day now and one have to research very well before Participating in any Bounty program to avoid promoting Scam projects.

Well, for 8 months I think not worth the time spent for $ 100, I think you can do other types of earnings that will bring you more money

I think no, because the results is no more than $10. When you exchange it for BTC or Fiat, such rewards will be deducted by transaction fee, so that in the end you will only receive net results of around $3-$5. For a long time and having to give KYC is really not worth it, so it's better to use your time for more useful things like learning to trade cryptocurrency.

Those great days that really came through. I still remember at this time last year, I made more than 1000$ with just an easy airdrop. But now everything becomes too difficult and there is nothing left for us to hope

Of course to do everything airdrop not worth it , it takes a long time and also not very big payouts come and if there are worthy projects that have airdrop you can perform . but the truth is rare

my experience of getting airdrop tokens in 2017 was pretty good, not doing difficult tasks, just registering then getting tokens, at least worth $ 20-30, like ELITE, BLUE, eBTC, etc. But now many airdrops are worthless, have to do some tasks, and collect referrals, even KYC. I think it's better to work on a bounty from a good project

I would consider it a total waste of time these days, Bounties in which you'll get sometimes x100 the value of the tokens you'll get from an airdrop are barely worth pennies, what more would you expect from an airdrop, but since it takes less than ~ 3-5 minutes, you could do them since you've got nothing to lose other than the few minutes required to complete the tasks, unlike bounties where you have to spend a lot of weeks or several months just to get next to nothing at time.

It is not, because Airdrops would bring you nothing. You are just waisting your time by participating in a lot of airdrops and at the end you are left with empty pockets and very useless tokens in your portfolio.

Choosing a particular project is important. If you just join a crap's project airdrop then its very unlikely to reach even $5 for an airdrop. I guess airdrops are really a waste of time today, most of them gives no value to the market and is likely to scam users info and save it to their database for marketing purpose by requiring KYC.

since the day I begun here in the forum, I never try to join in any airdrop programs. Because for me this is just a waste of time and effort, sometimes I read the task was to many for you to be qualify to their airdrops token for a small amount of token once you convert it into USD$.
Therefore, its not profitable nor helpful to anyone.

Yes, your information is quite true,most airdrops give you some value if you are patience enough to wait, however some of them are trash and cannot make any meaning in your financial life.

Based on my experience airdrop is a small amount of earning. No one will give you a big reward, but if you give and do your best effort then you might get a big reward. But as of now that the market is down the airdrop earning is just a way for you to add up some coins if you don't have the money to buy some coins. It is not hard to earn a big token in the airdrop the task is just so simple. In looking for a good airdrop you have to check their airdrops careful, if you do not check it carefully you might end up joining a scam or not so good airdrop that will give you a small amount for token even if you work hard for their poor airdrop. You have to have a criteria in finding some good airdrop so you will not have a bad experience with the airdrop.

I feel that we don’t really gain much from airdrop. It is too much hassle to apply for tons of airdrop and sometimes the airdrop coin don’t worth a cent at all.
