Yes from my personal experience Asia is much more accepting of cryptocurrency than other countries.  Especially in Japan where a large number of citizens hold some bitcoin.

Probably this is true, Asians now are the most more holding in bitcoin, they are now adopting this cryptocurrency into their country even there are some governments against bitcoin but I know there are some others making money in crypto. Just like what happens in China they are now totally banned bitcoin people they're involved already in holding bitcoin. Because it is easy to bypass their governments by using VPN.

I can only say that they are benefiting immensely from bitcoin revenue since Satoshi is from the Asian continent. Although bitcoin was born in Asia but I'm not sure if there are many bitcoin holders in Asia, we can see the region that has legalized bitcoin I think the region outside Asia is the biggest. So with strong support and adoption, I think there will be many bitcoin holders in the region. Because I think there are still many countries in Asia that have not legalized bitcoin, so how will you hold a lot of bitcoin while the government has not legalized it.

Bitcoin wasn't born in Asia. Nobody knows who Satoshi Nakamoto is. Although he uses a Japanese name, doesn't mean his real identity is Japanese. Don't forget the fact that Satoshi write perfect English. I found it unlikely that he's Asian.

Bitcoin is pseudonymous so I guess it's pretty much impossible or very hard to tell how much Bitcoin is owned by whom. But I'm guessing, this is a very rough guessing, that Chinese and Americans are among the top.

Japan are belong to Asian side where bitcoins holders are more than anywhere. I think we are on the top of the list since bitcoin was born in asian side.
