bitcoin was born in Asia and the majority of users are also Asians. Is it true that the majority of bitcoin holders are Asians. anyone can tell me
We are not sure about this thing because we have no legal source about it but Asians have big impact on crypto market more investors means market is healthy ,asians exchanges always had the highest volume.
Remember that Bitcoin is still beta software. Don't put all of your money into BTC!

I think this link is the best answer for your question ( http://time.com/money/5002207/richest-people-with-bitcoin/ ). If you visit that article, it well explain who are the top holders of bitcoin around the world, and surprisingly they are not Asian ( even Asian are the inventor of bitcoin ) , just a few. For me, other nationality benefits on it, because they understand well the demand of the tech evolution.

I think so yes. Investors are more from Asia and we have more community participants. Just heard one of the reasons for 2017's hike. As India banned the old rupee notes. So the politicians used crypto platform to convert their black money into white money. This increased the value of bitcoin to the moon. This was seriously a stunned incident heard and wondered.

I don't think you can conclude that Asians are the most bitcoin holders because investors sell bitcoin to people all over the world, so we can't predict if Asians are the biggest holders of bitcoin. Bitcoin is currently well-known throughout the world so that people in other regions can start using it to make assets in the future. Even in Asia, there are still some countries that cannot accept bitcoin.

OP made up that bitcoin was born in Asia as well, none of what he says is to be taken seriously imo.

Not because satoshi nakamoto sounds Japanese meaning hes from asian, and no one knows if this is a single person or a team that only uses alias to hide their personality

But since japan is one who adapts bitcoin and uses as their own currency, and many asian countries are fanatic and supporters of bitcoin.in a way maybe asian holds more than any continents

He's probably assuming that because asian exchanges always had the highest volume. First it was the Chinese, then the Japanese after Bitcoin got banned in China.
To clear things out exchange volume has nothing to do with Bitcoin holders. If you take 1 million coins and keep trading it back and forth your daily volume will be huge, but you'll still be holding 1/17 of the existing Bitcoins.

Thats perfect example dude and i guess you are right on that point because its was just being trade and not consumed so the volume looks bigger but the truth is just backing and forth

But about what you’ve mentioned i think Bitcoin never been banned in china,it was the ICO is what being banned,or i missed something there correct me if im wrong

In my opinion, it does not really matter, because there is no user verification for the purse, so it's not known!

If bitcoin born in asia which mean you're attempt to linked between the name of bitcoin creator and asia continent but as he or they are still anonymous until now then there is no guarantee satoshi nakamoto is real name and regarding bitcoin holders i think nobody can able to find the identity of bitcoin holders because they can came from everywhere and it can be from asia but possibly too came from outside asia

Japan and South Korean are the leading Asian countries and China for their bitcoin mining. So its really possible that some big whales, majority of them are from Asia. However, there could have been thousands of wallet with thousands of bitcoin with it in other places as well. So its really hard to speculate if everything is just from one region as well. We all know that bitcoin is global. But I wouldn't be surprised others countries like US or UK or Germany has also a big bagholders or bitcoin.

There is even nothing like a legal source here, there really cannot be any serious source, except for assumptions. There is actually no single research even on the net that really specifies exactly based on certain data that Asian holds most cryptocurrency in the world and as long as there is no data to back something up to make it a fact, it remains a speculative theory and nothing else. Although, it is understandable when you want to assume that the Asian Market may be huge in trading volume, but that is not substantial enough to make such claim to the most bitcoin holders in the world.

Although, as some posters have noted, it's impossible to tell exactly where the most Bitcoin holders are from, I think it would be logical to presume that most of them reside in Asia since its population is 4.463 billion, which is much more than 50% of the world population. BTC Volume by Currency doesn't help much in this case, because BTC holders from Asia can still exchange Bitcoin for USD, USDT or EUR. On the other hand, what matters more here is the amount of spare money one can spend on buying BTC. And I'm not sure that Asia takes the leading position in this regard.

I don't know, maybe asians are known to save for a rainy day because the rains they experience is monstrous because it comes from the pacific? I also don't think that if crypto currency started in Asia, then asians hold on to them. What i do know is that it is slowly being used in asian countries as a currency and not juat an investment.

Correct me if am wrong, isn't btc forbidden in China? If they have most of the btc this is not good. It means they can dictate the market.

I think it's not just from Asia, but many people in Europe and some other countries that store and hold bitcoin that they have because they may realize that bitcoin can be very expensive so they choose to store the bitcoin they have for the long term.

If the proof of ownership which can be used as a fact that Asians as the most owner of the btc clearly does not exist, is not the real identity something hidden, but if you see and observe from the existing data, most of them are from Asia, but that will not affect the market Cripto won't even affect the current economic situation, not because BTC from Asia is in favor of China rather than America (it has nothing to do).
One more about sathosi, because his name is in Japanese but until now there is no one who can give the truth about him or there is evidence that shows who he is, but that doesn't matter, although there should be clarity that no matter how he will be recorded in the crypto history as the maker of this amazing technology

I dont think so. Bitcoin can now be shared to countries around the world. Asians cant be the continent that holds the most Bitcoins. Investors have sold Bitcoin to other people on different continents. So we cant conclude that Asians hold the most Bitcoins.
Bitcoin first appeared from aisan side and there bitcoin holders are too much from asian side too. I also belongs to Asia and i assumed people of my side are using bitcoin more than other region. Specially India and Pakistan.

What is the basis for knowing that Asians can hold more Bitcoins. I think that Asian people make Bitcoin but not sure if they hold Bitcoins. Because the exchange takes place in Asia very limited.

This is for sure, the Asian population is the world's number one. This is a probabilistic question, don't worry. Their per capita income is very low.
