you can try queueing up more work.

in cgminer, just push 's' for settings menu then push 'q' for queue and increase it.

but with diff at 11... probably better off at a pool.

Would be nice to see this pool get some more of the network hash rate, it has this amazing feature where you connect your miners and they don't disconnect every couple of minutes. Such a novel approach!
