This is not common knowledge, assuming that a pre sale is being used for a listing is incorrect.  This is not my first rodeo.  The only thing that should be assumed is that the idea of pre sale coins of a cryptocurrency or token of a blockchain project is that the pre sale is an instrument to raise funds for the development of the application not to get listed on an exchange. RVN, PGN and HANA must of had the funds come out of thin air since they did not have a pre sale.

I think this will be a good project and I have been mining it, just saying it would have been nice to see that in the ann not some where down the road.
