If you are good reporter than I would like to help you (only demoted newbie). If you have 300+ good report on your report history than I will visit your post history. If you are not a spammer or one line poster I will try to help you. I will just consider to visit your post history if you post here your history, it doesn't mean I will merited you. Good effort OP! I was thinking of doing similar thing: rewarding merits for X reports with high accuracy, but didn't go with that as it's just to easy to fake (so would need mods to verify).

I'm bit surprised newbies don't have this option available, maybe it's only available after reporting your first post?

@any newbie - do you have 'report to moderator' option available at all (lower right of every post)?

everyone has that option available IF they have reported sufficient number of posts so far. i don't recall what that number is, possibly 300 or something like that. and that page is not going to show up if you have reported less than that no matter your rank.

Exactly , need 300+ report to show this page. Usually they will able to see only good and bad post count if less than 300 good report. But in order to show page like I posted must need 300+ good report.

I will not trust screenshot or I will send merit them for screenshot. I will visit their profile history if screenshot is here. It doesn't mean they will merited for good report. They will merited if quality or useful post on their history. Also they are not able to preview this page if they don't have enough report.

Great initiative, but I don't think that you will find Newbie who made over 300 reports. Usually, they came here for spamming, not to report spam. And these users who making reports, I don't think that they are struggling to get Merit.

Agree, great initiative. Though 300 is quite a lot.
I just hope this won't attract some merit mob (creating bunch of brand new users making wrong topics just to create opportunity to report them).

Main problem I see: This is not a get merit quick scheme (which is what most users are looking for at the moment). So i don't think much users going to apply here.
But I'm pretty sure if they would give same efforts and time they are spending now in bounties to scan through forum and start reporting it would not take that much time.  
There is lot of  of reportable topics/posts (and new ones appear every few second).

So NEWBIES, go for it. Merit your merit.

Pretty much correct. It's the same screen (with reported posts stats and 2nd para) but without the list of the reported posts (table).

Speaking of fake screenshots, wouldn't it be better if we started casually dropping something like the one below on the spammers' most popular boards (create "paid for report" ^TM meme). No outright lying, just letting them come to their own conclusions. IMO it could work miracles, but just thinking out-loud.
