i woke up this morning noticing an issue with all newbie to notice my account https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1383747;sa=summary was banned indefinitely from making posts without any reasons given. i have written to for an appeal but no reply. do i have any chances of getting released?

I think it's better to save your and admins time and don't trying to unban this account. It is wasting time.
This is a Medium article from February even if you can prove that "@Bulleon_net" from Medium, plagiarise your facebook article
So maybe is better to forget your old account and try from the beginning. Now you risk this your new account to be banned

you dont have to do this to me, i have always been diligent in this forum, this wan never intentional, i had to empty my account to open a new account. you cant just treat me this way. that post i only used it for the project bounty campaign and not for any reason to harm anyone. i had made same post on my facebook account and linkedin. this accounts have my personal informations and i cant risk it with making stolen posts

It doesn't really matter if you have a negative trust on your new account, since you're not allowed to do anything with it other than to post about your ban appeal.  As I said, if you get unbanned I'll remove the feedback.  However it very much looks like you stole content from the article referenced a few posts above and not from some FB post of yours.

It doesn't really matter if you have a negative trust on your new account, since you're not allowed to do anything with it other than to post about your ban appeal.  As I said, if you get unbanned I'll remove the feedback.  However it very much looks like you stole content from the article referenced a few posts above and not from some FB post of yours.

The point of forums isn't to just copy/paste from other articles as a form of sharing. You can link to the article & then add your own words. Don't copy/paste.

I don't think you realize how plagiarism can affect BitcoinTalk. It's adds needless junk to the forums, and also can affect SEO. Google penalizes websites which have similar content to other URLs indexed unless correctly attributed.
