Many are againts the merit system. Others are not satisfy about it. But why merit system are important? Because we know that we should decrease the number of spammers. Why if spammers are not decreasing and they continuing on spamming. Are they also change the rule again? I saw many people becomes greedy in this thread. I am also a victim of spammers and when I heard about the merit system I think it will help the forum to have reliable post.

These days there are too much of spams as well as account farming, peoples creating multiple accounts in order to participate in bounties as well as in order to ramp up their threads they use those accounts to make positive reply/comments. The marketplace condition is such critical that you are easily prone to get scammed if you are not enough experienced. In my opinion the merit system simply serves as a "Trust and reliable" option. This Merit system should not change but there can be some small changes in the rules. Of course when you are visiting a shop in order to purchase something, you will always be searching for a branded company instead of purchasing a local one and then face the circumstances.

They are demoted newbies whom only spamming for bounty sig without any contribution, even it's 13USD in BTC for a membership, they're earning in this forum but give back nothing. I'm happy to see mega threads in  Altcoin Discussion disappeared since 3 days ago.

Now  the spammers wont  spam the forum because no one will create any posts if they are not participating in the
signature campaigns. And you know to participate in signature campaign , they should be atleast junior member and to become
junior one must need atleast one merit which is impossible for a spammer to get it.

The bounty spammers don't seem to understand that the next change will be removing all signatures!
This forum is not an ATM, the spam has to end.
