Why my main account was banned 7 days

Today, I do not understand why my main account was banned for 7 days, i did not do anything wrong. This may be due to confusion???

wait a week - then you are back.

that wont change, just lock the thread and spend the week reading the rules and the forum in general, it will do you more in the longrun

The ban cant be without a reason. The ban is temporary and you should to be happy for that, cause of the most of users get permanent ban and they also trying to find a reply why, but usually it is worthless. Your ban is warning for something you do, they explained the reason. Try to stay away from that kind of activity or you will be banned permanently. Good luck!

I think that problem on you, because you do a copy paste  text in other member post

You should be glad you were not banned totally banned from posting, but that you still have the opportunity to get back your account to post.I would urge you to improve in your posting by having originality, so as to avoid any future ban.

Dude, read what is written in OP. He was banned for 7 days because he joined on forum altcoin giveaway, what isn't allowed here. Copy pasters usually get permanent bans.
Op, now you have to wait 7 days until your ban will expire and don't repeat what you already did because next time you may get permanent ban. I recommend to read forum rules now:

I also experience seven days banned for joining airdrop. So at that time I just wait and read some other thread and add more knowledge about cryptocurrency. Seven days is not that long, so be patient.

My guess is for low quality posts like this one:

It is a very nice and easy bounty contest where you can earn a lot of CrowdTokens! CrowdTokens are easy to use, affordable and multifunctional

They are considered a low quality post like "good project" and "nice coin". They bring no value to the forum and get deleted by the moderator.

First ban is 7 days. It gets progressively longer. Fourth ban for low quality posts is permanent.

Your main account? Do you mean all of your accounts are banned, because logging into your other accounts, and posting with them outside Meta about your ban is ban evading. If you do other more than 1 account, then don't use it outside the purpose of talking about the ban in Meta.
