Another December Bull run

Only big news will help us witness another bull run.
The FOMO is always the factor that cause the price to rise like crazy, we call that " to the moon" and most of us wants to see that again.
If not this year, then for sure next year will give us a better chance to achieve our targets.

I have this assumption that we may be having another December bull run, though may not be as high as we had last year. Bitcoin however have maintained a very good support level around $6000 since this year and there is no sign of breaking lower.

Sampling opinions from various investors show that there is this excitement and anticipation of another end of the year bull season and aside TA and FA, the market is equally controlled by the investors psychology and with this whole charade of an expected December bull season, I am of the opinion that it will likely come as a lot of persons are already waiting as we have a large number who are "for" than those "against".

This is indeed the case, and the market is affected by investor sentiment. This year, the market has been calm for a long time, and everyone expects a bull market at the end of the year. Under this premise, as long as there are whales who want to push the market, they can do it at a very low cost.

We need not December, but rather an October rise, so that we feel that the market is still capable of something in the coming year. But so far a lot of negativity and all the big predictions that will be even lower and worse.

Everyone is now waiting for the repetition of the bull run, as last year. But something tells me that the rally will not be, only next year, when all finally disappointed and come out.

We are all trying to make predictions, but it is really difficult.
Surely it is a special period: after the boom of last year, it has been since January that the bitcoin oscillates between 8k and 6k.
But in the meantime, ethereum and the whole altcoin sector has lost 90%
If there is no trend reversal as soon as possible, there is a risk of total collapse.

I am not be that a trader but somehow on my over a year in this forum I see lot of bull run posts when the December month comes in, does statistic really shows as always of bull run and in what percentage it comes up when the year comes end and is this consecutive bull run on all year when bitcoin goes publicly? I just see the bull run of last year and it was really nice bounce of bitcoin price.

Of course, this is very likely and it is possible that this will be true and today many projects can be greatly increased in price, especially before the new bull race, so have time to buy, because later it will be too late.

Don't expect too much, cause every December of the year is not the same like year 2017. The bull run last year is became reality because the word bitcoin and crypto currency is new to other county like in our local. Thinking that is the main reason why the bull run comes, then after that it gone like nothing happen because of the scam and fraud project around the market.

But like others, I want the bull run too cause it will benefit me as a simple crypto user and investor of course.

Seeing the reaction of the market this year, one will know its a result of manipulation.  The manipulation will get exhausted cause it requires a lot of funding mere looking at it. I also beleive  the manipulation  is to control the excessive growth of the market as it seemed it might be this year. The manipulation should be relaxed in coming week towards a growth in the range of $20000-$25000 for last year investors to take some profits.

I do not understand the insistence to justify this type of predictions based mainly on technical analysis, which has proved again and again to be practically useless in a market as obviously unpredictable and unique as the crypto market. I have no doubt that at the end of the year there could be a significant rise, but almost with the same possibility that the market has to remain stagnant or prolong its decline.

Now, another thing that seems unjustifiable is to assume that the month of December must be especially positive for bitcoin, and many have justified it with a myriad of absurd reasons for that to happen, but if we take a look at the behavior of the bitcoin in recent years, we will find as many bullish Decembers as bearish.

We are all hoping for a shoot, but it seems increasingly uncertain: after the measures of the last few months, the entire crypto sector is suffering, and the movements are not due to market fluctuations but only to pure speculations.

well you know what they say, when everyone thinks its going down and it does look like it but not really, i actually think were going to see a rise and it might not pump in a month time to 20k but it will be a slower steady rise that sometime in the end of the year or the first few months were going to see another wave which again the pumps will not be that big each time, were just going to see them more often and before we know it were already above 20k but stable 20k. i also dont think that 20k will be the ATH in 2019.

I have been saying this for quite number of time that the bull run will be on the last quarter because am still optimistic that history will repeat itself.

I have doubt that it will happen again this year, BTC will reached $20K. For that is just pure speculation that btc reached that value. Due to that event where btc pump high many have gained money but many have also suffered a great loss but this is how it is being played here. Volatility gives an opportunity to everybody.

sooner or later and although I will spend a lot of time getting a lot of profits I will still wait until that time arrives. because I am not afraid if prices will go down which will make my capital disappear. continue to fight and survive with what I already have is myself.

The fact that last year there was pampus does not mean that it will be this year too, it will happen if new money comes to the crypto market, but they have no place to come because everyone already knows about the crypto currency and do not rush to bring money here. There remain only institutional investors, but they are also under big question.

Yes, I am always optimistic that prices at the end of the year always increase, because that history will always be repeated in the world of Bitcoin. Nothing is impossible in the crypto world. So in my opinion, buy now and hold it until the end of the year

It is obvious that we all hope for another leap to reach and exceed the levels of last year, but this is a rather unlikely event.
As long as the regulations are not clear, and some big institutions begin to support bitcoins, at the moment the situation remains stagnant.
