I don't see anybody talking about Obelisk miners, I wanted to get peoples opinion on them?

Alt coin discussion, but they'll be obsolete with Whatsminer's DCR that's 44 TH/s. Surprised they're selling them for only $4k. 1 month ROI if lucky, but risky with 2+ month delivery wait.

Bitmain was rumored to have been mining SIA with their own miners before announcing that they had units to sell.  Bitmain was first to market I think for SIA miners which kind of screwed everyone that pre-ordered an Obelisk miner.

It will be hard to get an opinion on them, as they still haven't even shipped!  Buyers are too busy applying ointment to the fissure.

Obelisk is worst than butterfly labs. It's very bad and unfortunate. Delayed by 3 months. Product not reaching advertised specs and worst of all the hardware is already outdated before they even shipped.
