i think what you mean is 2016-2017 not 1917. yes there are scams around us but i think it is a good sign that there are investors that is trusting the technology. i think it is the time to have a strict regulation regarding icos the prevent this such unjust doings.

That is why I only use bountyhunters as my platform for bounties. And even in that case, I don't invest much of my time on bounties. Just some tweet here and there, a little posting k  this forum that I would do anyway. You are not going to get rich off bounties, but at least the bountyhunters team will supervise the tasks and you AR assured to not get scammed of your time!

There are a growing number of poor quality bounties and it is worth mentioning that they all exaggerate the amount of money supply for bounty, in addition to bounty management is not good.
