I think most of the people believe in Bitcoin but sometimes they got nervous or frustrated that's why they say bitcoin is dead. But one thing we know that we are just in bad time of the bitcoin, the real Era of bitcoin yet to come. Within 12 months anything can possible mate. But I would like to go in positive ways. I will be waiting to see bitcoin at 15K USD within 12 months.

Great convincing for bitcoin investors and traders in the market that bitcoin is far from dead and it is true that bitcoin will never die because the way it progressed in this year by adapting into businesses in the financial sector and increased its users even when countries, governments, central banks and other organizations declare war against bitcoin and its expansion it is remarkable specially for a decentralized currency which is some times even very difficult for traditional currencies that are backed by large central governments but bitcoin was able to face them impressively and in coming years we would see how successful the world first digital currency can get so like you have mentioned we would have many evidence that can show to non bitcoin believers to convince that bitcoin is far from dead

It's a really striking graph, I never knew that there was a steady increase over the years when you check the September price. I was curious if this was just a "September phenomenon", so I checked the historical data from coinmarketcap.com (available here: https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcoin/historical-data/) and took instead the May price. Here are my results:

As you can see, it shows basically the same trend as your image: Bitcoin price seems to be growing steadily. However, there is another angle worth considering, let's check out the Volume for the same period:

So basically bitcoin volume (and hype, media, mainstream awareness, etc.) EXPLODED in the past 2 years. Therefore it's very possible that the last 2 bars of Price data, which really give the "oomph" to the price increase trend, are heavily influenced and/or possibly manipulated as a side-effect of bitcoin exploding in popularity only recently. Either way, thank you for the interesting data and for giving me the idea to investigate from another angle.

Edit: As for the next 12 months, I don't think the mass hype is over, so I think we will likely see a period where the price continues to grow, supporting your initial chart; however, since we had the massive downturn, we will likely also see a remarkable low this year (indeed we had one only a few days ago of $2,400) as the various market forces attempt to determine the real value of Bitcoin without as much hype as last year. In other words, I think we will see a 'high high' and a 'low low' in the same year.

This graph proves that bitcoin can recover even this time that it seems impossible. Well we cant blame people if they want to invest in bitcoin because its worth to invest. You can make a lot of money in easiest way ,  but for the next 12 months I think bitcoin will have a lot of improvements on its price so im willing to wait.

We are continually going up in terms of using technology so i think no reason why bitcoin doesn't succeed. Try to research the volume of followers and also the numbers of being popular bitcoin is the number choice, when we talk about bitcoin is dead if the price value back to zero.
