How often do you check CoinMarketCap website?

Practically, Every day and more than once, it happens.
Of course for quite a few days there are no desirable green charts, but the need to look or check something happens every day.
Especially if you are interested in some new coin for me and you need to look at its price throughout its entire existence.

I day by day look at the value of every altcoins. I'm going to increase the amount to get more sales altcoins. then I also know when I'm investing in the market so it should be wise to not lose money.

I don't check coinmarketcap that often now, last year when I was still active in crypto I always open it several times a day but right now maybe only once or twice a week. I use delta to notify me of my coin's price change so it's not needed to check coinmarketcap so often. Also since the crash the price is down almost everyday so it's just depressing to see it everyday.

For me it has been nearly everyday once for years now. 

I use coinmarketcap to chose coin because their list is very good and recommended. Second thing is I need information about coins symbol and exchange to start trading, many exchange and I don't have valid data about it. Coinmarketcap help me about information and as bounty hunter can solve my emotion about " zonk " coin. This site is very good as basic step before replace your money, see it and good luck to you.

How often coinmarketcap is viewed will always depend on the intent of the user as it varies from their usage, for instance a trader will always look at the website hourly to check potential coins to trade, while others check daily to see if the token that they are hodling has gone up and ready to be sold.

I do like Coin Market Cap but it does not go as minute as I wish. I really like trading view as you can adjust the graphs to anywhere you like. Plus you can choose, 1min, 5min, 15min, 1hour, 12hour, 24hr, 1week, 1year or w.e. typ of candlesticks.

I go there once a day except Sundays because it's the day to rest especially my mind. It's funny because I don't check the btc price there but only the gainers and losers. I'm pretty confident that bitcoin is very strong enough to be not checked by me or to be not worried about at all.
