Things I've noticed
While loading, my browser shortly shows: "something" widgets.bitcoin.com. It's too fast to read the details, but for privacy I would suggest not to load anything from external sites.

Does anybody read the Letter of Guarantee?
I guess not Let me quote a few parts:

We hereby confirm that Bitsafe.pro has generated the address ~

The first red part looks like a copy/paste from a competitor, the second red part looks like you just forgot to change it after lowering the minimum amount as suggested by some of the reviewers.
The Letter of Guarantee verifies fine.

Plagiarism?
The entire Letter of Guarantee is copied from Bitsafe.pro. The fees are the same (0.3% to 4%) too. It seems that Bitsafe.pro has recently disappeared. Your account was created the day bitsafe.pro was last active on this forum. Did you create Bitsafe.pro?

After testing the site, I would say the site is very easy to use, as the user could easily select the amount of service fee, the transaction time delay and the transaction fees for the receiving address by using the horizontal scroll bar provided in the home page.

It is also very easy to track the order status by inputting the correct order ID into the system after the user sent their bitcoin for mixing on this site.

When I try to mix my bitcoin on this site, the system showed me that the maximum amount of bitcoin I can mix in one transaction is around the range of 0.078 BTC, I think this maximum amount is pretty low and some users who have a lot of bitcoins in their wallet might choose to use another bitcoin mixer site which allows them to mix larger amount of BTC in one transaction.

The site admin could also input their bitcointalk profile with a link on the contacts page, as this would allow users to easily raise emergency concerns about the site on this forum if there are any technical issues arising during the process in mixing their bitcoin.

About maximum mixing amount : This amount will be such low only during testing. I'm waiting for somebody hack us for this pool and contact me i will give him bonus equals 0.078 btc, and will pay for his suggestions in safety. After 35 members will test our mixer i will finish all improvements and here will be some competition with btc bonuses , information about competition will be available after.

Interface of the mixer is really user friendly, but there are couple of moments:
1) You could add description for the service fee on the main page
2) Delay could be longer, maybe 72 hours or even longer
3) You could add recommended TX fee under window with fee choice

Time delay is adjustable and with 0 time you will see the tx of the received mixed bitcoin just after the sent transaction get one confirmation. Here you should clarify about the 15 - 20 min you mentioned.
There is a slider in the home page where you can adjust the fee for the mix and automatically the fee for the receipent-fund transaction will get a little bit higher.
