Imperivm/Brain-Space.io is pleased to inform that, as the result of a meeting in Europe with a group of large investors, an investment of traditional funds of more than 20 million American dollars was raised.
Furthermore, these investors will continue to invest their own funds in all future stages of the implementation of our project.
However, two main conditions were also imposed by them: confidentiality and no disclosure of information in connection with clauses about a trade secret.
Notice that the amount raised already surpasses our ICO Soft Cap of $14,526,000 and is enough to launch our product (seed). As a consequence, we decided to close the ICO ahead of schedule.
Bounty and Airdrop continue, however: payments will be made after March 10, as in the previously agreed conditions. Due to the fact that we are a blockchain project, we are led to the following obligatory facts of availability:
1) Availability of our token on a crypto-exchange with a daily turnover of tokens and project capitalisation;
2) Availability of the project token on CoinMarketCap site.
Therefore, we do not want to delay with the release of our token to the exchange. On next February 11, we go to the "b2bp2p" exchange with our token for three pairs (Dollar, Bitcoin, Ethereum). Furthermore, we also had successful negotiations with three exchanges of the TOP30 category, which we will reach as soon as possible.
Our priorities are therefore focused on listing our tokens on different exchanges, developing our database of experts and authors as well as developing our product to protect intellectual property. With the concrete vision of our product, its relevance and the funds raised, we have no doubt about the conception of a product that will totally disrupt the intellectual property sector.
We hope the entire community understand the convenience of launching the first products of the project as soon as possible and the resulting early closing of our ICO.
Again, we want to thanks every person who follow Brain Space project, without you, nothing would have been possible!
