RESPONSE OF FOUNDERS TO ALL PREVIOUS MESSAGES AND ATTEMPTS TO TAKE CARE OF THE PROJECT IN FRAUD
As you have noticed, we do not respond to posts from the "former employees" of our company and project. There is no time to argue and write "empty" extra words.
Throughout the creation and development of the project, we have formed a real team, providing an opportunity to become part of a global development.
This also applies to former advisers, because they were also part of the team.
In the course of work of any team, factors and conditions that prevent managers and subordinates from working, such as:
- irresponsibility
- non-professionalism
- incompetence
- lack of understanding of the purpose, only money is important.
WHAT HAPPENED?
And now, when our project has achieved the result:
- closed softcap
- we are preparing to enter the stock exchange
- high activity of interested
- the emergence of large investors
It is those who could not tolerate and survive the development stage. It was the one who did not believe in the project, it was the one who initially showed himself to be "responsibly" revealed his "real face" and now writes such messages trying to defame the project and the founders.
“Not to everyone on the way” is the standard of any company that has clearly set a goal!
HOW IT WAS?
I want to note to everyone who reads: yes, we have debts to these people and we planned to close it next week from the date of writing this post, but please note that this is debt for the days worked from December 1-15. On December 3, by paying cash for November, we warned all staff at the general meeting that further delays in payments were possible due to financial difficulties and due to the delay in additional project funding - everyone agreed, although we gave the choice to everyone: stay in the company, or expect cash flow. Deliberate no cash payments were not.
Further, on December 15, not having received the planned funding for the allocation of funds for employee benefits, we suggested that each of the team members go on paid leave with the condition of receiving funds at the end of the term. We also discussed all together what is a good option, because at this moment they will be able to work in the freelance + mode, they also get paid every day of their rest at the company's working rates.
It was at this moment that the co-founders of the project and several team members (investors and advisers) were engaged in raising funds and concluding partnerships with exchanges, which we succeeded in doing the work.
SEVERAL FACTS
1. We did not hide the information about the location of certain employees in our project. What for? We know perfectly well that there are several versions of our documentation where all participants who worked at all stages are displayed;
2. Anyone who wrote the above messages about our “fraud” does not in any way relate to the marketing, concept development and financial sector activities. These are ordinary and line employees, performers (designer, frontend developer, backend developer, office manager)
3. All messages are organized attempts to prevent investment in our project.
What for? We closed the ICO stage ahead of schedule and before the appearance of these messages, just as we had an investor. We do not engage in investment in the project!
As soon as this information was conveyed to the team - part of the team decided that they were trying to deceive them and thus made attempts to manipulate the project’s funds, which NEVER happen!
4. If someone from the team has a misunderstanding with the leaders, complaints and appeals are accepted in free form. What is happening now is nothing more than an attempt to spoil the project and worsen the reputation.
If someone has questions - ask - we are always ready to answer them.

POST SCRIPTUM
A separate appeal to employees who are trying to spoil the reputation of the project:
Dear former employees and former members of the project team. You worked in an official company registered in the Russian Federation.
If you have any complaints and misunderstandings, you can always contact the official legislative state institutions that deal with these issues.
There is no need to solve this, it does not make sense. We will not believe that you do this out of pure self-satisfaction. The whole question is in money.
And now I appeal to the staff: you have missed the opportunity to receive beyond what we owe you for your work, and accordingly, the calculation will be made solely in the amounts and framework of the legal field (who do not understand - look at your employment contracts)
