I would like to draw the attention of bounty hunters most importantly to this.
Every genuine project you choose to promote as a bounty hunter should not be taken with levity.

First, before you set out to promote a project, study it and know what it is all about. Do not promote what you don't know.
Also, read through the instructions as prescribed by the bounty manager, so as not to destroy the project.

I have seen a situation where some hunters screwed up a project, because their thought is that every project is an ICO. Whereas, some projects are just for different purposes. Some just list directly on exchange without running an ICO.

Try to render a good service to the project that would pay you.

Avoid spamming threads in the name of trying to meet up with number of posts or deadline of submission. So that that the investors you are trying to disseminate the information to will not see you as a shit poster.

Showcase to the crypto world that you are able to provide a good service that would add value to the project and also to the cryptosphere in entirety.

Yes it is very important to follow instructions and guidelines in bounty programs as it helps to keep participants stakes safe with the bounty manager.
Theres need to avoid spamming the projects telegram group for bounty information.

And there is need to be respectful in approach as well.

Instructions and rules are necessary to be here and I don't see something bad from them. Moreover they help to find your place in crypto and to start without great losses.

yes, it's true. if the instruction is done, for example, a manager, then the purpose of giving instructions is for every bounty beginner to understand what they want to do and why it's important. In this case, the instruction is interpreted as a clue to do something in accordance with the procedure. Thus the subordination in addition to getting a better understanding of what should be done.

This is naive. Some bounty hunters participate in +50 bounty. They use bots, templates for publications. Do you really think they are researching the projects of this bounty, where they participate?

Absolutely, I agree completely. The people who are investing and not following the correct set of instructions are the ones that are going to end up regretting their choice of coin because they did not understand what they were buying before they got into it. These set of instructions that you have listed is a good one and one cannot go wrong with it.

I think that the problem now is quite he opposite. Bounty hunters are being mistreated by the ICOs and we are getting our tokens very late or not paid at all.

Very correct
Most bounty hunters do not get stakes for work done over several weeks
Because they basically neglected the instructions that guide such bounties

There is need to be calm and positive

Definitely in any participation you join, I would say that instructions should be taken seriously as a very important matter you should consider. I would agree that before joining any bounty campaign, you should make a review and know more about the platform and purpose of the particular ICO. Anything that you might have missed on the instructions could lead to a problem with regards to your participation where sometimes even if you had finished the campaign, you will not able to receive any tokens because of some instructions you had missed.

Indeed the instructions are very necessary and to know the desired limits, instructions can be said, as a rule, these rules must be obeyed in order to get prizes in accordance with the applicable rules.

In signature campaign we can participate only in one bounty at the same time and I always make a research in which one to participate.
Selecting the one I am familiar with the  project goals,  and which one  I can support  conscientiously.

This is a great piece of advise, not just for the newbies, but for everyone involved in bounties. You're absolutely spot on some projects not running ICOs but you see bounty hunters mentioning it in their posts or activities. An example of such is Dacxi exchange bounty where the bounty manager had to warn bounty hunters to refrain from mentioning 'ICO' in the posts as the project isn't running one. It's important to read instructions generally and also necessary to have project knowledge of a project you're promoting.

Couldnt Agree moure,
lets say they actually follow the instructions and rules.
however theyre just spamming the hell out of the bounty to earn reward.
regardless of how the quality of the content of their bounty.
and disregarding that theyre work are the basis of attracting possible investors for the ICO.

Many projects for distorting information about them do not pay participants to bounty their tokens. I observe how many people treat content creation lightly, without spending enough time on it. Due to the large whitepaper, it was written for participants of the bounty and for investors. And the first and second should necessarily read this document.

I fully agree, such a service that now provide a lot of bounty hunters, scares off potential investors. These people don't deserve any reward. And soon the effectiveness of many of those who are really trying to depreciate, then they will be forced to stop their activities. Enough to parasitize on those who really support the project.

This is absolutely true that  instructions plays an important role in crypto world. main motive of giving instructions is that beginners should know what managers want from the beginners to do .

Bounty does not revolve around only for signature campaigns but you have the point for that you are wearing the ICO's signature, their company name, brand, project etc as you represent it to your postings to other kinds of threads, we know there are fake ICO's running their campaigns to cheat both bounty hunters and investors but doesn't change the fact that there are legitimate projects who want to promotion and good advertisement.

Instructions are important because either you participate in Airdrop, bounties, trading or ico involvements
And you do not follow proper instructions you end up loosing your tokens , zero bounty stakes
And loss of funds if it’s annico investment

In everything, one needs to be guided by the dictates of that institution or project.Without instructions, people cannot establish a basis for evaluation or for determining what is right or wrong.Unfortunately, in some projects, the instructions are either not detailed or vague which makes it difficult to understand.

Aside from that, bounty owners/managers should also respect whatever rules they stated upon opening such campaign.
If they say, they will send the tokens or coins after ICO, they should send those tokens earned by bounty hunters in a timely manner, not in a very delayed schedule.
Usually with so much delays, once the tokens are received by those hunters, the price already dropped significantly and the tokens lost more than half its value.

You are very correct, the major aim of every bounty participant is to be able to add value to the ico or project you are promoting as the case may be. I think that when bounty hunters begin to see that getting the bounty reward is tied to the success of the project,  then we will all see reasons why we should give our very best to it.

Etiquette in posting is really important because we've a project carried under our signature so that we convince more investors as the ICO going on , we have to make post not only to comply the requirements , but the most important is to interact and give our knowledge to a particular thread we're engaging .

Yes that really happens most of the time.So i just end up holding my tokens for such a long time until i see good exchanger that will offer a good price.I know we should follow all the instructions so we can get rewards in the end,but the team behind the project should be responsible too in updating the spreadsheet in a timely manner.

Its always be on the team and manager cant do anything if they wont really be released for the distribution for marketing allocation. Instructions is always been important not just
into this market alone but on every work we have to be done. There would be always an instruction.

Now some bounty managers have started to work with escrow or pre-take tokens themselves. Here for example "bountyhive team", after the Kora network, decided to throw a part of the bounty hunters, they wrote in a blog that now never will take over the company if it does not provide tokens. Ie slowly there is an evolution, and I hope that will also begin to evolve bounty hunters, because you need to benefit, not to parasitize multi-accounts.

I have to say that the guidelines need to be taken critically due to the fact you should keep in mind it as a totally crucial thing because you are a bounty hunter. I agree that before joining an open campaign, you have to first review the precise Iowa ranges and objectives and examine greater about it. The guidelines you may hold in mind can also cause a trouble related to your promotion, even without the exception of the marketing campaign, now and again you'll now not get a token due to a few steering.

Agree with you always need to read all instructions very carefully , because always there are problems with bounty. Often people dont receive tokens because they made some mistakes.

I agree with you! Rules are really important and everybody should follow them! Moreover, people must investigate a project, before taking part in a bounty and promoting them! Just make a research, follow the rules, find a good bounty and earn coins.

I agree, way too many people start to do things without paying attention to instructions give to them. The instructions of a bounty are always important to read before you even start to sign up for then bounty in the first place. Also making good posts are always the mot important thing because if your posts are not good enough then you are not going to get any stakes

Agree with you always need to read all instructions very carefully , because always there are problems with bounty. Often people dont receive tokens because they made some mistakes.
Regards.

Yes this happens sometimes after all the efforts done from our end we need to wait for tokens, this is really not fair from the project manager he needs to take responsibility of everything from top to the bottom. After every parameter he need to look on it.

How the instructions are written is very important. The instruction is executed by the manager. I often read instructions from various projects. I do not like the only thing - when they write in the instructions: developers have the right to change the rules in the instructions at any time.

As an adult, you must have a tangible reason for promoting any bounty campaign, following campaign instruction is very important for the benefit of the hunter and the project being promoting. We need to always render our best service to the project.

Totally agree with you. You need to investigate the project first, before taking part in it. Read the rules carefully and follow them. Be respectful to other bounty hunters and everything will be great. Stay honest and promote blockchain based projects!

In joining bounty campaigns, bounty hunters are promoting the ICO by doing specific tasks. Then these ICOs are actually looking for investors. So, bounty hunters should be doing their best to promote the product, don't just accomplish the task and then sacrificing the quality. Remember, if these ICOs don't attract investors, bounty hunters are affected too.

You are right that bounty hunters should do their job efficiently.  But most likely you will be understood only by those hunters who have done their work to a greater or lesser degree qualitatively up to this point. For this reason I would advise the bounty managers to do their job of checking tasks qualitatively. In this case everyone will be satisfied and win!

Definitely they desperately work hard to make their project popular and look for investors. Due to most of the scammers bounty campaigners are impacted very badly. There is a simple formula in business. If you take of the people's who work hard. They will take care of your business as simple as that.

Most of the bounty campaign managers don't care about the quality of the posts made by their participants that is why the forum is flooded with shit posts and this forum started to lose its advertising effectivness so the managers need to be responsible and regain the forum's quality this can be achieved by decreasing number of posts per week and strict checking throughout their posts.

If only everybody follows guidelines. I think this is the call of the time, if we really wish for crypto to do well in future and make its hold stronger, we must adhere to basic rules and guidelines.

A good work done can be nullified if instructions are ignored. In achieving good result, instructions given should be strictly adhered to in order to get the best out of it.

at the core of research before choosing to support a project being the main thing to watch out for. many are showing that they support the project without analysis and finally fell in the wrong choices. This makes many unfortunately in the bounty in addition to crypto that factor indeed was falling.

I personally when participating in the gift must know how the project works and the rules made by the bounty manager.
do not blame the project if we ourselves do not want to know the rules made by the team.

OP, you are right and the point driven is very much important. It is like acting as an ambassador and yet, the person is not representing well and in a way tarnishing the image of the project.
I would also like to add that, every one involved in a project, be it the bounty participant, the manager, the team and other, have their respective roles to play when it comes to adhering instruction.
