Do you have any ideas how could it be possible that in the future we buy tickets and book hotels with cryptocurrency? and can there be any coins for tousits in the future? it would be really convinient instead of exchanging money in each country. just imagine that museums, restoraunts, car rentals and all sorts of attractions admit crypto, how much easier it would be instead of dealing with cash! sometimes you can even be fooled in exchange offices or given counterfeit money. so many actions which only cause headache and anxiety. i have heard that Lufthansa took a part into project based on Eth and that they are investing into swiss project Winding tree and that they use their own coin LIF. as i understood that is really close to what i was dreaming about, a possibility for paying with crypto for transportation and accomodation. i have lost track of what they are doing now, though, maybe it all works right now. do you have any other examples or suggestions how crypto might affect our exploring the world? i'd like to know your thoughts

I think there are some projects whose tokens allow us to do this now. But it's not popular in all countries.

First, all cryptocurrencies are not stable enough to apply for all payments in all nations.
Second, the customers are accepted to pay their bill with cryptocurrency by the merchants.

But I think this prospect will come soon.

Yes, it would be much easier, there would be no currency conversion where we lose money, plus a single currency will give many opportunities for realizing goods.
But the question seems to me now purely in time, I think that the crypto currency will be legalized but later and everything can be implemented.)))

It seems to me now it is very difficult to implement. Since many countries have not yet understood what crypto currency is and how it can help us in the future. What kind of potential does it have? But again, they probably know the price of crypto currency, they just do not want to publish it to the masses and the structures. Most likely just time is not the time for legalization. And I think that life would be easier, and it would be more convenient to travel.

It will happen.
ICO projects are aiming for that type. Just a singular focus of their project instead of being like bitcoin which is widely used.

Some of them already have the product being used. One is PundiX which can be used by merchants with profits also when people transact using other crypto currencies listed to them.
Most of it are in Asia for now but they are still moving ahead to share it to the world.

I do not travel much abroad but few months ago there were news that some of the airlines will start accepting crypto for tickets, i donot know by know they have implemented it or not and also many hotels around the world also accept crypto, i think slowly every business will start accepting crypro and world will transform into a cashless digital payment society.

There are some altcoins that specifically say they are for travellers to be used everywhere, but the problem is that no-one accepts it as a form of payment. Better off just sticking with bitcoin, at least you can use localbitcoins to trade into local fiat

BTW, ever heard about €uro? You can travel between different countries without having to exchange your money.

I read somewhere sometimes ago about an an airport or an aviation company that accepts bitcoin from its customers. There are also so many other, where other coins and not only bitcoin are accepted. We are gradually tending towards the time, most especially when virtually every translations, both online and offline are paid for using cryptocurrency. With time, things will get better.

I think that what you said will be possible in the future. I am also very optimistic about the application of blockchain technology in real life.

to do that you will need adoption of the said cryptocurrency so that you can walk around and spend your cryptocurrency as you are spending fiat now. unfortunately altcoins do not have such adoptions and will not have anything like that in the foreseeable future because of their problems. but bitcoin already has some adoption, more in some countries. for example you can already do most of the things you said if you go to Japan since they have adopted bitcoin as a legal way of payment and many shops are already accepting it as payment but it is still pretty small scale adoption though.

This has being already implemented by some projects. But they are not popular up to now. However this will not be a dream and It will come to reality soon. Already some crypto projects planed atm card similar system for easy transactions. Ripple will also address in this field in future.

You can already book a hotel with crypto at Travala.com. I have not tried, but the website seems geniune and well done.
But the prices are not competitive. It is a lot more expensive than Booking.com. And the website of Travala still don't have a lot of information and seems new.
