The system stake is better than of fix amount because the results are much more, so I am very happy with this method. But if the fix amount is paid in bitcoin or etherum maybe everyone will prefer to use this method, considering after listed on the exchange the price of tokens is always far different from the ICO price.

some bounty does exist that use the bitcoin payments and the ethereum, however, it has very strict rules and participants are limited. the current method of using stakes and coin payment according to ICO I think it's pretty good. It's just waiting for how the election results obtained so that the bounty could be big because many ICO falls when entering the market and this is pretty bad.

I prefer stakes than fixed amount of tokens. With stakes i can earn more bounty token, it's fair for all bounty hunters, manager is easy to calculate token for participants.

Actually a good method is stakes compared to the method of payment of tokens. Because we can calculate the token. If the stakes may be more. I usually really like it when using the stakes method. And what is often used by managers is stakes.

There are numerous ongoing bounty programs who are rewarding the bounty hunters by stakes model and sometimes bounty hunters are disappointed by the fact that ICO's don't meet the softcap thus the users do not get any benefit for their hard work or sometime they receive too little rewards for their hard work due to stakes systems, do we really need stakes system or the best thing will be provided a fixed amount of tokens for bounty (like $100 work of tokens per week or so)?
There is a better proposition to refuse the stake system and move on to payments in BTC/ETH per week. It will be very conveniently for both sides: hunters will earn a real value crypto and a price of bounty tokens will not be dumped after distributation.

I'm happy and convenient with stake payment method, this is what i've experience since I'm involve in bounty campaigns and until now, i've also experience before of fix bounty and limited participant that we bounty participant received reward of 0.1 btc each on whatever rank we have and that's rare program unlike of today that full of scams.

I prefer the stake based payments, because it gives you a big opportunity to get more tokens rather than by a fixed based reward. The problem of bounties, that even if you get stakes it does not guarantee that you get tokens Smiley

This payment method is more interesting than fixed. You can earn much more than just receive a fixed reward. but I notice that now many campaigns are switching to a fixed payment method

That's how they make allocation for their participants so its fine if they are into stakes.
Having exact amount worth of tokens is also okay.
Whatever is with the choices, I'm definitely fine with both.

Stakes system are more fair and more accepted methods of calculating bounty payments after the completion of ICO though the maximum projects fail in the ICOs. This is a part of the Project's success, if the projects fail, bounty hunters don't get paid. Hence they are very disappointed but we have to tolerate this as a simple way. So stakes system is more fair than weekly or fixed payment methods as we know if the project success, bounty hunter get more payment than fixed pay rate.

I haven't participated in the campaign that is stakes model, but if it is accepted by the majority of bounty hunters as a good measure for bounty hunters then might as well shift to stakes model, this is something new to all of us here, is there any campaign that implements this?

That pretty much depends on the number of participants who take part in bounty campaigns. If there are not too many people participating, the stake system become much more profitable if compared with fixed rewards.

I am satisfied with this stakes system because, with stakes system, everyone got the correct coins as per his profile status. If a bounty comes with the fixed payment system then what is the guarantee that we get paid as if the project will not achieve its target of the softcap/hardcap then no bounty will be distributed never.

for me the stake system is good and does not have to be changed. i am used to it now and get on well with it. a fixed amount per week would be ok for me, but it does not have to be.

all this time, according to me, it's fair to use the stake in the calculation, but there are still some who use the stake but the count is very unfair. like a signature campaign that has a key distance far enough from the existing rank

Stakes payment method for me was a good system in every ico project campaign compare in the other project that has a fix amount of bounty token. Because in my opinion, you cannot enjoy the real profit of your rank here if there is a fix amount of value. That's why I am much preferred to apply in altcoins bounty rather than weekly payment in Bitcoin.

want to be paid by any method, I like and agree, especially the method of calculating stakes for every week that has been running from the beginning until now. what makes me unhappy is only when there is a kyc required at the end of the bounty, that's all. for others, I agree to all.

Yes I think so, they formulated a way where they can organize the payment system of their bounty and there's nothing to worry about. Stakes are flexible it can adjust to the current market situation of the project and quite useful when there is crisis.

When it did not reach the softcap then wanted to get paid using what? certainly, the coin used to pay will not be listed in the article because it does not reach the softcap. so payment by methods such as the many happening nowadays is already good enough. give the number of tokens directly might be good, but the results will not be large if the stakes.

I think there is a good and bad part about staking bounty reward. The good side would be there are chance for the participant to get more reward compared to a fixed reward bounty. The bad side would be when the participant is too many, then every participant will got less in term of reward.
