There is no other choice, we must obey the rules that have been made. I once followed the bounty for a fee of $ and calculated per post (signature campaign). That is quite profitable, even though it is subsequently accumulated with the number of tokens. But worth it. The actual stakes system is the same, it is only to facilitate the calculation, especially if the number of participants is very large.

There are numerous ongoing bounty programs who are rewarding the bounty hunters by stakes model and sometimes bounty hunters are disappointed by the fact that ICO's don't meet the softcap thus the users do not get any benefit for their hard work or sometime they receive too little rewards for their hard work due to stakes systems, do we really need stakes system or the best thing will be provided a fixed amount of tokens for bounty (like $100 work of tokens per week or so)?

I think stakes method is quite enough as those team also wants their bounty participants to be their investors but this market situation hurt us all. This is the reason why most of those ICO has not able to pay their bounty participants as they had not able to reach the amount needed for their project.

What annoys me most are the campaigns that cut the pool after the end of the campaign, although there are no reasons for this when the funds have been raised successfully, so if some bounty manager was noticed in such campaigns I try not to participate in his campaigns anymore.

I guess we have the same thoughts, I now want a fixed amount of bounty or whether a two choices payment: one is when the ICO is successful and another is when it is not. In this case, I will still be motivated to work for bounty.

Stakes guarantee that every participant can earn tokens, and it is better for the bounty creators, and the whole project.
I suggest you one of the best projects I know: CoinBundle. They are running a bounty campaign that instead of stakes, is offering BNDL tokens for some social tasks.
Regarding the bounties that uses stakes: can have a smaller circulating/total supply (which helps on increasing the value), every participant can earn a token to have things on the project, and they can bring more people instead of limiting the participant spots because of limited supply.

payment with the stake depends on the number of participants joining. because the more participants who join the campaign, of course, it can only reduce the amount of reward we get. there are several campaigns that use a payment system with a number of tokens every week. This is a good payment if we follow from the beginning of the campaign. if we follow with a short time, the results we get are also short. all there are advantages and disadvantages, it all depends on the campaign situation that we follow.

Yes I am happy on that allocation way via stakes. Because it gives a good and proper distribution of the bounty tokens. But for the other method, like a weekly token reward is good but it is only a limited slot. I still prefer via stake method.

We have no choice, as long as the bounties offers only the option of stakes. Anyway, the stake system is ok for me, but how bounty participants are treated after a bounty is not always good.

I'm happy and convenient with stake payment method, this is what i've experience since I'm involve in bounty campaigns and until now, i've also experience before of fix bounty and limited participant that we bounty participant received reward of 0.1 btc each on whatever rank we have and that's rare program unlike of today that full of scams.

I agree. I am satisfied with stake payment because the earning is much better than getting on fix value for campaigns. Before everytime I get reward, I am excited to sell the token on the market because the price is higher than you expect and I gained  that much unlike now that more scams and not paying projects are there.

It is indeed possible if already set such as $100 each week can make a payment system evenly. but the stakes system delivers other such results could be even better than expected. It may not always be the stakes also good solution especially for small accounts will be lost with many large accounts that have larger rations. but up to now the system or method as currently most widely applied and thus there is no problem.

As a bounty hunter, it would be better if we obey the rules, even if there is a payment system with a stake, I don't think it is a problem if it is considered the best, as long as we keep getting results of our hard work so far

Stakes payment method is an advantageous method for those who work until the ICO is over. There is a possibility of getting a greater number of tokens but it must be defined what is the basis of computation. Sometimes there are confusion on how the token are distributed based on the stakes payment method system.

It will be better for bounty hunters, but not for the project. A fixed dollar amount will not be paid. You can calculate the approximate income depending on the rate of ETH or BTC, but no more.

I think, i prefer to have a staking calculation than a fix bounty amount reward.
Cause with stake calculation, there is possibilities that we could get more reward compared with the fix reward.

So far i still happy with this method and i think it's normal when the project can't reach the goal he set and he don't want to pay us. They even don't have money anymore to pay us because their money has being returned to the investor.

well, i'm happy with that. I think it's better and more reasonable, because it divides according to the work we do. I think payment systems like this have always been done, and many people like them.

It will be better if we can get fixes payment for participating in any bounty ,we will know at least what we will get for each bounty campaigns, I'm not saying stakes are bad but fixed price in $ will just be better

Stakes method could be profitable could also not. Will benefit if the project is successful and will be trash when ended with scam. However in the bounty actually a lot who are looking for bounty paid fixed amount. A few days ago I found and in a matter of minutes the member has full. This proves a lot of people actually prefer payment with fixed amount than have a long wait with big stakes but scam.

What's good with these stakes payment if the token is listed on any exchange already so you can trade it.

But I'd prefer to have exact value in btc or dollar so you know the expected amount of work you have been doing.
