Can ethereum break its highest record again if yes how much time it will take more

Considering the usefulness and many users of ethereum platform. I believed that it's possible for ethereum price to surpass its all time high. However no one when it will happen.

If this happens then I too will be a happiest person. Because the value of coin is drowning daily as I don't believe it will go around $1500 but anything can happen over a night. Lets wait and see.

this is very possible because basically ethereum is a coin that has a high selling and buying volume that is different from other coins because ethereum very often people buy to use it as a cost and therefore ethereum has a great opportunity to return to the highest price even beyond that

As long as ETH popularity is not lost and more projects is using ERC20 smartcontract it is not impossible to return to it's highest record,maybe we need to wait how many months or years because it is very difficult to predict when it comes back to its previous price.

I think it would be possible but not in short term, it might takes 2-3 years to gain into $1500, and right now i think ethereum got so many competitor which is i think it would not be that easy to reach that amount of value. Lets see in 2019 which blockchain is the best and masively use in real businesses.

all things can happen in the crypto world, even if the ETH can penetrate the lowest price first, reaching 1400 $, but if you look at the current market conditions, maybe it still can't happen at the end of this year, it will still take a long time

Opportunities will always be there for Ethereum and other coins, of course for that time and when they don't know. It's just hope that many people hope to hope will come true. It can. But it will require more time, I think at least a year more to recover and hit it's ATH again. As recently the usage of ETH has been lessened, the price has been decreased. Soon after, there will be new regulation for ICO and way of avoiding scam ICO and more investors will come into the market. The usage of ETH will also increase and the price too.

For ETH to get back to all-time highs, a couple things need to happen first.  First, it needs something actually useful with actual daily users to be built on the platform, however this would speed up the need for some kind of scaling solution.  Very tough task and the main reasons I keep a very small amount of Ethereum

I really think so, maybe in the next bull-market. The current market cap was too far from how it used to be last year. Just imagine how big the market cap increased last bull-run. Imagine if mass adaptation and if other countries started supporting crypto currency. The current market capitalization may grow multiple times.
