XRP replaced ETH again today

Couple of minutes ago, I have seen XRP was in 2nd place. In this month, it has been happened twice. What do you think? Will XRP get the 2nd place for a long time?
In my opinion, if XRP gets the bounce in next month, the position will be for long term.

Based on the market cap it's inevitable for XRP to replace ETH at number 2 spot. And we've seen XRP already in the number 2 position and in the coming days it will be able to dethroned Ethereum and become the 2nd largest alt coin. I never thought Ethereum would lose its grip in number 2 position and never really thought XRP would eventually challenge and replaced eth.

xrp won't replace eth now, eth will still be the favorite coin at the moment. where ethereum will continue to be a popular and potential coin. but xrp has a good future and significant development, but to replace eth I think it's still difficult.

I don't fully agree with this. XRP can only interwove the 2nd spot with ETH, but retaining the position for a very long term is not likely. ETH will definitely stay behind BTC for a far longer period.

But I do think what Buterin said about how the market of crypto will never touch the same number again created a lot of ruckus which made investors sell their ETH and then going to another crypto which could be XRP or just dumped it which made ETH total market goes down.

Now just a good time for ripple and not very successful for ethereum. Therefore, while ripple periodically outperforms the level of capitalization of ethereum. However, if the crypto-currency market starts to rise, ethereum will bypass much ripple in capitalization and will always be in second place.

It may stay there for a short period of time. Eth will come back strong, Xrp is purely hype- manipulative by whales.

I don't think this would last because it is more of an inorganic pump, Ripple team is doing everything they can to lobby their way up. The project also lack strong community like that of Bitcoin and Ethereum which to me is very important more than the price of a tokens

Given the pace at which XRP is increasing and the pace at which ETH is falling, I would not be surprised if we eventually see Ripple replacing Ethereum. But, one thing would never happen, and that is any currency over taking Bitcoin. Bitcoin is the supreme leader and shall stay the same way. It is nice to see XRP progressing like this. At one point of time, no one would have thought that ETH could ever be replaced from the second spot, but XRP has finally made that happen.

ETH was already able to recover the 2 nd place. But the gap is now minimal, but soon ETH will have updates that should positively affect the price of the token. So I think that the second place is to stay behind ETH.

currently Ripple is about 0,5 € and Etherium is about 200 €
And both have same marcetcap currently so if Ripples prize incres to about 1 or 2 €  they get easy a  much bigger marketcap then Etherium.
Also to get a higher cap then bitcoin is possible if Ripple prize increses to 8 or 10 € XD
But no one knows what will hapen.

I think that XRP can get up again for a couple of days on the second line, and then fall down. Like exactly a year ago, many people can succumb to euphoria and lose their money.

Ethereum replaced Ripple again. I never thought that these 2 coins will be the biggest competitors. Now Ethereum could replace Bitcoin and become the first biggest cryptocurrency . (just dreaming)
