That speech by the Binance CEO is no where near the reason that we are seeing slight green in the market so far. That comment is a popular comment even around this forum about how bull run is expected during this time and that is exactly what we all are saying and also expecting too. The bull runs are simply coming down.

I don't know why people really expect any massive upward movements soon. The majority thinks this is going to happen, so directly the opposite may become true. 9 months since bull run is nothing, you have to be really delusional to expect anything similar to happen any time soon. How about a year or two of sideways movement, just like it was several years back. Imagine how much people there are now with their full bags, just waiting to unload them.

Whether Binance CEO sail it or not we are about to enter into a new bull cycle, alot of people have been shaken off their position, I just hope new entrance into the space learnt their lessons, the last bull run was over 18 months with my calculation and I expect the next run to end after the next BTC halving coming in year 2020

I'm waiting for new bull run in November, 2018 because last year's bull run started in November. This November  Bakkt will be launched to work with companies that include BCG, Starbucks, Microsoft etc. Bakkt will enable consumers and institutions to buy, sell, store and spend crypto. Market capitalization will increase more then 1000 billions if institutional money will come to Bakkt.

But I agree with CZ that the new bull run will soon and nobody knows which day it will be launched exactly.

It's a good stand that he's saying things because he really believe with crypto's and so his business can operate continuously. As a crypto folk, I also believe same thing that it will come anytime and I don't mind waiting for it if it comes for very long time.

Nothing doubt bull run will start anytime specially next year, are best time to monitor for bitcoin become expensive again.

But the if asking what is the exact month or time bitcoin goes up nobody can predict on that, how many times expert predicting for the bull run is failed.

He is a speculator and i would not believe about what has been saying by him dude. remember this so many people have predicted about this gonna be the great year for crypto but they are all wrong about the fact that has already happened with crypto. You can see that how this year has become a disaster year for crypto.
