 ::)We never know who control and who's behind the changes in crypto market, some say its the investor their wish to either dump or pump the coin, its their own profit or interest, if that's the case there's nothing we can do about it, even if we wish for something for our own profit..at the end of the day its the bounty hunter who is the loser.

Well what do you know  .  IMO its mainly whales, investors and corporations controlling the market.  Many conventional corporations would like us all to believe that they are resistant to bitcoin but actually, they have been accumulating for quite some time for the very purpose of being able to control the market.  Crypto is fast becoming a game of the have's and have not's.   Its the little guys who end being the losers eventually.

We called them whales, they control the market and because they can control, they make dictate the price and we called it price manipulation.

They are here because of the price volatility and they will play the price that's why we are seeing a pump and dump anytime and price movement that we are expecting sometimes would not happen, due to price manipulation by whales. We are just a small trader, we can never be whales but we can always be smart like them and make money when others made a wrong decision.

Well, we have a different view on the market how it moves but I think there's someone who manipulated on it. Agree here those who has allot of money to invest can make price high by buying so many coins but those who are waiting and who are ready to distract investors for selling coin at panic calls as whales will surely try to buy at cheap price and sell later on at high price so those panic selling falls the price and buying more can make it high once again, demand and supply actually matters.

In economic, people or institution who hold the supply, always able to control the market. In crypto, there is no central banks that control the supply or adding more supply in market to stablize the price and i think people who control the supply can control the price.

in fact the market is based on rising and falling demand and supply which can cause coins to rise or fall, but according to my friend there are now many markets that use fake volumes and the original ones are in binance

You have omitted the Media.
Media are playing a crucial role in price movements and price manipulation. I have found a lot of cryptocurrency news which just spread FUD or FOMO depending on the direction that they want to move the price. It is really sad to see that people cannot understand that.

Your control is based on the total supply in circulation, let's say you are owning at least 10% of the total supply then I guess you
somehow have a good control in the market. You can use that to your advantage, making the price more volatile so you can trade and make easy money.
Not all holders are trading daily, some of them are holding for longer period, so with 10%, it's like you are a president in the company, you can dictate the market.
