Trading is open to all, whether you are a newbie or not. The important here of course is that having an idea about in trading is an
advantage is an advantage unlike if your knowledge is not yet enough, the profit will not come up so easily, it take times before

We have to have a basic analysis to be able to carry out trading properly, so it's good for beginners, if we already have the right basic trading planning, I think it will make our trading much better because financial balance is in accordance with our abilities even though a beginner is really needed.

Bull run doesn't make your trade less risky.It depends on when the time you did enter in the market because even if the market is rallying up doesn't
mean that will be guaranteeing profits that you would make. We do start on being a noob and its just right for us to use only a minimal amount
when we are just starting to learn and never ever consider on using big amounts because most likely you would really be losing up the entire bankroll you do had.
Trading is for everybody and we are all classified as noobs when we do start on having or zero knowledge at all.

Before you go into trading, try to know the basic of trading. You should learn when to buy and sell. Learn how to buy from the deep or from support level and sell from a resistance level. There are 100s of strategies you can choose from and  master for your daily or long term trading. I prefer swing trade to hold for long time before selling. Do not trade if you don't have any knowledge about trading its very complex and you are likely to lose than gain your money, i started trading back 2017 on Hitbtc at first I thought it was all about buying a coin due to high rate of buy and sell but no i was far from it. i bought so many worthless coins at 0.0006 hoping it would at least hit up to 0.0008 so I could sell and make a gain. But opposite was the case the coin was delisted one month ago after 2years of Hodl thinking it would increase in value. Get it trading class before you start or you just buy signals.

Many references how to start trading but I have source information about which one coin good for trading because almost his prediction before always correct with touch higher price, so I think better allow with his signal than have looking for by my self and do not exactly will correct prediction, I have try many time and his prediction always true with coin could going up, but have big risk because almost his coin prediction list on dex exchange and need to pay higher fees, so we have begin with higher amount for trading because little amount just enough to pay fees transaction.

You should be serious when you do treat it as a business or investment or make it as source of income for your living which means it would really be needed time and effort on your side.
You wont get successful if you dont put up something on it. Make it serious and do your best as you can.Newbie shouldnt trade? You wouldnt learn if you dont start up
something that you do seem worth. It doesnt need for someones permission or opinion if you do start or not. Do it on your own which you do see its an opportunity for you to make money.

200$ is still a big amount for a newbie trader to learn trading.
Instead I would advise to start less than 50$ at first.

And if coming to the OP question, yes you should do trading. It doesn’t matter whether you are a newbie or a veteran. But as it is always advised that before doing anything in practical you should get the theory of that concept clear. Same happens with Cryptos.
Before investing make a brief idea on how the price of the coin fluctuates.
Then you are good to make huge money.

You can't just force them to be ready to do some trades and take it as their own profession. The OP is just asking about some ideas and tips we can give him. Not all of us here that do trading have trading or investing as their professions or career. I think most of us here have a main job or main source of income and take trading and investing as a secondary source. This forum can help you give a lot of ideas about trading and also investing. There are a lot of available information too about exchange platforms so you just need to venture this forum about it.
