One of the peculiar attributes of most crypto enthusiasts is selling out of panic. Whenever this happens, it is accompanied by some flaws and setbacks. Reasons why you should avoid selling out of panic are:

1. Dump in price - Sometimes, it does not affect the price of the coin you are dumping alone, it can also affect the general market prices coins, most especially when there is massive dump of prominent coins such as, bitcoin, ethereum and so on.

2. Loss of Investment - you are likely going to loose your investment, because most times, when you panic sell, you sell at lower prices than required. Your profit might be affected, so also your invested capital.

3. Attack on blockchain technology - it might call on attacks on blockchain technology from different quarters. You begin to see people spread more negative news about blockchain and cryptocurrency. For instance, people may begin to talk of crash, scam and so on.

4. Emotional Imbalance: panic alongside the accompanying losses might lead to emotional imbalance in some investors and afterwards the resulting effect on health, such as hypertension and other health implications.

Some people attribute FUDs and perhaps regulations to most of these flaws, which are not. Even though there are FUDs being spread, if we do not panic, the crypto space will be a safe haven for investment.
How many proposed regulations these days have really been implemented? So, why are we bothering ourselves? Some countries such as China, that even succeeded in some of their regulations, does not seem to avoid the crypto world in entirety.

Those who cause panic mainly know that most people cannot control it. Which is why those who take advantage of it, use it as a weapon in the crypto space for their gains.

Note:
I am not telling you not to sell whenever you notice there is going to be bearish market, but take your time to relax and think about it, make your calculations and if you are sure there will be bearish market, sell and buy back when you are also sure it is low enough.

Sometimes we let our emotions cloud our judgement. Those people who do panic selling are emotional investors that are too scared or who doesn't really understand how volatile crypto market is. The best thing to eliminate stress and depression when it comes to investments is that you should set goals and limitations for every amount of money that you are going to commit of losing. Investing in a volatile market like crypto is like gambling. The higher risk that you want to deal with the higher your reward.

All valid reasons to avoid selling out of panic. a lot of people seem to fall into the path of selling their coins out of panic when they see the price just go down a little bit, I always think to myself how they are going to regret selling their coins for such low prices when the coins start doing better. The best option is to always hold and wait out the bear market.

This is so true. During the market dump, we should wait for the bullish market to earn profit. Kt is not a wise decision to sell coins when the market is down. This will disappoint you abd regret the decision you made rather wait and see when the market rise, then this is the perfect time to sell.

People get scared if the market value drops and start selling for low money without profit. This is insane, ups and downs in trading are common. Selling in hurry too will impact the market value, we need to want for bullish market if you need good profit.

For me I think it is very good if people sell out of panic
Why ?

If they don’t panic sell, how can we buy so cheap ??
If they don’t sell in a rush, we can’t get more fun and red candles to buy

So I encourage everyone to do as they seem pleased

It depends on each person's thinking and each strategy is different. There are many people who just want to make a little money during the day and they put a loss order close to the price they bought. And that's a good way. But we need to know when to sell and when not. Holding is not a good option, we need flexibility.

This is the most favorite part of the gist
Everyone individual has the right to choose whatever they want for their self
And trading depends on the intellectual knowledge of each token Hodler

The more you learn, the more you know, the more your experiences
So always do your own research and learn from your panics

Everyone has its own opinion regarding panic selling of their coins maybe because they see that price of their coins is slowly going down and have the feeling that in the future it will be in it's lowest value and this cause panic on their side so they sold it without knowing that maybe in the future it will cost double its price.

I think, this is a good suggestion because there are still many people who are doing any transaction in panic then regret after that.  Although we've been here in a long time, sometimes our emotion becomes unstable when we hear any bad news. It means that we have to repair our way in controlling our emotion so we will regret nothing then.

interesting advice. many sell their assets because they fear what they will lose if they don't sell them immediately. I think it's just an unmanageable panic and decide a decision that is too hasty. calm needs to be improved in the face of the current market situation. the advice that you give is very good and useful for others to stay calm and don't panic.

OP doesn't even understand what will be happened if he was buying it at peak price and then it goes to the bottom. and you have no money in your wallet to buy more and more again. It's not true because in fact that will be effective to follow what has been doing by the whales.
Sell when it reaches peak price and then buy again when it will have reached the bottom price.

Most people who sell in panic, regret it. It's not rocket science in those cases. Especially with bitcoin, I would hold. Panic selling would just cause you to lose money. I guess it cant be helped when you see that you are loosing all your initial investment.

It's stupid to make a panic sale. At the moment the market is very low. The bull will come soon and the losses will be compensated.

One is advised not to sell their cryptos out of panic. This will create a number of problems like, devaluation of the crypto and mental imbalances. This affects everyone in the long run.

Classic example can be taken from eth, last year too eth crashed to below $200 the people who panic sold at that time were definitely biggest loosers while wise people were accumulating, we all know that after hitting the lows eth took a reversal and then grew to new all.time highs of around 1400, this bull season can also be expected to be the same infact bigger than last year.

The topic covered it all. Although fear and emotions controls different aspects of our life, it is advised to keep it refrain from crypto investments. Panic sells is a way only to loose investments.
