We know that the market fell greatly last year by about 85%. Up to now, it hasn't been recovering. For the ICOs, however good the ICO is, those ICOs are greatly affected by the down market. So, the primary reason why even successful ICOs fall in prices of ther corresponding coins.
No one really believes in icos anymore, the people behind those icos can say whatever they want and can make all the promises they can think of but that is not going to convince people to invest in their project because they know the coin is going to fail, and when investors know from the beginning that they are going to lose money it will be impossible to make them invest. |

Becouse most of ICO make big discounts for early investors so afther token goes to maket many investors dump their coin and thanks to discount they are in profit always.

I think this is all wrong for everyone who participated. starting from investors, bounty hunters and devs. they are the reason why prices fall. Bounty hunters sell too fast and investors don't want to hold tokens for too long. while developers, they do not follow the roadmap seem like disappearing after listing.

If bitcoin falls, then all other coins will also fall on the market, everyone is trying to get out of new coins and keep the fundamental coins! That's indeed. The correlation between whole of altcoins and bitcoin give a bad impact to the altcoin because it can determine its price without bitcoin. These platforms can't defend its demand and that's what will happen with the price. the demand move to the new coins. |

Yeah, it really hurts to see that. There are also projects that have started very well and are now just dying in front of our eyes. What's going on with big successful ICO projects? Big Successful Projects like Pumapay, HDAC, Cryptosolartech, Bankex. Look at their coin price, every coin price is like nothing and their trading volume is too low! Pumapay raised 117 Million USD, but their trading volume less than 2 Million USD and coin price are just ridiculous. HDAC, Such a promising Project it was, but HDAC ico investors are lost their investment, ICO price was 1.25 USD per HDAC Coin and now it's trading with 0.037 USD! Seriously? And the same thing happened with Bankex, Cryptosolartech. But Why? What is the reason behind it?
This past year has been bad for ICO's since the value of coins in general have been falling since Jan of 2018 and continued to decline until the end of the year. So after an ICO, the value of coin, would likewise go down with the bear market. To make things a bit safer: 1) Go with a coin or token, that requires people to accumulate. For example a dividend token, this way people will be less likely to dump after the ICO. 2) Token burn. If unsold tokens are burned after the ICO, this will decrease the supply, and will in turn help to stabilize and / or raise the coin's value. This is one reason why I invested in EVOAI's ICO, since it meets both criteria. |

The most successfull ico after hit exchanges in 2018 is always drop.
This happen because effect of cryptocurrency market in 2018 in down trend.So, not only successfull ico, the most top 20 coins on coinmarketcap is also down.

This is now almost a norm. Most projects this day always end up been traded at far below their ICO price. The mistake is always from the team or start up the trading on listing with a very low price. |

Even the Bitcoin price is sinking now and I think every crypto coins depend on the bitcoin! But some big gainers ICO projects are acting like a scam. They don't have a major update, no development for the projects or anything. Though I have a doubt about their raising amount.  . Last year, Online ICO made hardcap 50M USD as they reported, but i haven't seen any good updates from them and their token price and volume are now zero! I think if the market recovers well then the situation will change, not before! |

The price of coins or tokens certainly follows market prices. Because the ICO Hype only occurred at the beginning of the list and in every development of the ICO coin project. And if the token utility isn't really useful then the price of the coin will drop slowly.

One main reason is that during a bear market, the market sinks in such a way that people begin to think that their coins will turn 0. In order to keep with this trend, they look for a trusted coin and exchange their coins into to prevent the loss should the coins they do not trust go to 0 and even go into extinction. Most of the coins from the successful ICOs are sinking because people are not in need of those coins but rather, they are selling their coins to either a stable coin to bear the loss or a trusted coin.

every situation I think of course there is a change, and not always will be above continuously. certainly sometimes below. we must know that change can come at any time. so what we have to do is believe that all of this is only temporary. |

maybe in my opinion for now some successful ico are those who use the launchpad services from several big markets like binance and okex. no responsibility ico is finished in a matter of hours. and that's where investors believe to get a profit
