Why create a separate thread tho?
The case might be that the two are on the same team or that they are the same person who is participating the same bounty that they/he is managing.

Russian RoyalTeam and its aliases whitetoo and 520bit along with several sock-puppet accounts are doing the same in the Adab Haraam scam thread but I am not letting them get away with it:

This is a good idea. 520bit, whitetoo and RoyalTeam along with 20-30 accounts all belong to one Russian bounty scavenger. I will post there.
