Why create a separate thread tho?
The case might be that the two are on the same team or that they are the same person who is participating the same bounty that they/he is managing.
Can you clarify which thread he is bumping? Is it the bounty thread? I'm quite confuse.

This is a good idea. 520bit, whitetoo and RoyalTeam along with 20-30 accounts all belong to one Russian bounty scavenger. I will post there.
